Very friendly and welcoming staff, great food, good value for money, lovely atmosphere, nice and warm when you feel cold, breezy if you want to seat outside. Been there for three times in my city break and I would strongly recommend it to everyone. For me it was the best place I could find.

Please please please avoid like the plague!! By the time we read the reviews (after a very suspicious hard sale) it was too late. We went in for a simple meal and were very charmingly suggested the seafood spaghetti (the fact there's a large lobster in it was missed) and a fresh fish. Only after he rushed off before even letting us look at the menu I read other reviews. They don't specify how much the fish or lobster weighs! Long story short at the end I confronted the waiter about the €173 bill! He tried to interrupt me ALOT saying I'm just unhappy due to what I read on the Internet...my wife pointed out that the bad reviews are there for a reason. He went off in a strop and came back with a new bill saying he'd cancelled the spaghetti and that he was working for free today because of it...scam artist 101. Don't fall for pressure suggestions. Who cares what they think...ask for everything's cost before agreeing!!!!

I came here on my birthday during my stay in Venice. I had been backpacking across Europe and it was the first time I had eaten out in a very long time. The prices were ridiculous. For example, 5 euro for a 250ml bottle of soda which they kept trying to push on us. Requested tap water and was refused. The food was bang average not worth the money and the service was even worse. They kept trying to get us to pay in cash but we wanted to use our bank card which they were reluctant to take (kept rolling his eyes and giving out that we had no cash). The head waiter (not sure if it was the manager) was very obnoxious and condescending towards me and my girlfriend. He did not make us feel welcome and it ruined my birthday and our evening. Would not recommend.

0 STAR! DON’T TRY THIS RESTAURANT! Don’t be cheated by smiley faces of waiters there!They recommended us to try seafood plate (euro18), we ordered it and had it. The taste was so so. The pasta is over-cooked. The risotto was for 2 persons’ portion (euro15) as the waiter mentioned, but charged us double at the end. They charged euro18, plus extra euro25 for the seafood plate. As they insisted that giving us extra plate and put them together in one plate which we did not order it the extra one. If u don’t wanna destroy your holiday mood, don’t go! This restaurant is SUCKS!

Our last day in Venice... sigh... wanted to go out with a bang and eat some yummy pizza so we ordered take away as we were over paying €10 euro in service fees for sitting at a table. My partner got vegetarian pizza... as you can see by the pizza it’s a little lacking on the veggies :\ mine was okay but I have never laughed so loud at food before! The fews days we had walked past the place and it was busy and the dishes looked nice. I guess this is what you get when you order take away from here lol.

This place has good food good pizza and good service. They start the meal off with a complimentary spritz and their menu is written in many languages. Their alcohol choices are extremely limited. The buffalo cheese was not good. The starter was fantastic.

This place is a scam, at least for us.It ruined our mood in Venice.First, they recommended some foods pricing with 7~8 euro cost by 100g.We chose one of two recommendations asking many times how much grammes one portion will be. (Like 400-500grams) and they changed the players(waiters) taking orders separately.In the end that foods cost 100euro alone. We asked why they were well trained to make excuses tossing responsibility to each other. Catching words from me and my friends and confusing the situation. In the end, he said he will bring the other guy but he didn't and cut the price like 1/2 but still more than we expected.So don't go or go there for the game, it might be good training for your speech training.But, the food wasn't good, maybe this is the most important part. No sauce and salt on the fish with grilled potatoes for 100euro.p.s: 12% of service fee exists. Bread will cost 6 euro more.

Please don’t make the mistake I made!!!!!Tourist trap! I ordered a salad and Fish, salad was ok, but the fish was stale and basically striped in pieces... When I got the bill was quite surprised to see the price was 32€ for the fish only!!! The price was 8€ per 100gram does the picture really look like 400 gr? Just a note for people that don’t know, fresh fish does not fall into pieces!!! When I asked the manager about the fish, and told him it wasn’t correct, he told me the fish was perfect and fresh!Please never choose to enter this place!!!! There are much better places around!All drinks cost min. 4€ wine is way over priced,Beer way over priced!

Food was good but the bill was a lot more than expected. I ordered the big prawns with spaghetti and only got 3 medium sized prawns that I’m pretty sure were from frozen. Have had much better food for less in other places and there is a cover charge and compulsory service charge.
