The most horrible car rental experience I have ever had. After 90mins wait, and after I had pre-paid the full price for the car, they said that because my credit card is from a different country than my driving licence, they don't trust me to take the car, and they cannot refund me my money as they could have given the car to someone else. Truly unbelievable!

They are crooks. they charged my credit card for 2100€ 3 months after the rental. No response to emails. I am taking the case to court today. Scammers and thieves.

Keine Autos am vereinbarten Tag vorhanden trotz vorheriger Reservierung über Reisebüro. Wir mussten dann umplanen. Keine Hilfe von der Person im Büro. Hoffentlich wird wenigstens die Kreditkarte nicht belastet...

BEWARE!!! They are thieves!!! Do not rent with this people!!! They withdraw money from your credit card constantly with no authorization after you drop off the car. They invent fines and traffic tickets with the purpose of charge more money every month non stop. Seriously!!! Do not use this scam company at all!!! They deserve no star.

Worst customer service I've ever received.The person who works there just does not care at all to even greet you, not to say assist you. Every question is replied rolling the eyeballs, it is like your presence there was bothering her. It is really uncomfortable. There is zero willingness to help or assist, we were completelly astonished by the rudeness.Oh, and it is a scam: high prices and they charged us for the car but did not provide the service because we did not have a credit card for the deposit (we had other debit cards that were perfectly fine and that were accepted in the rest of agencies, actually, it was fine to charge us for the car we never used). This is what we tried to discuss with the lady, but she just neglected us.

Quando un azienda ha dipendenti del genere, possiede un vero e proprio tesoro.Per questo motivo ritengo sia doveroso premiare questa Vostra collaboratrice, da parte mia apprezzando, riconoscendone e segnalandovi il grande valore.Ottima esperienza, grazie.Francesco.

I was very nervous booking a rental car here after reading reviews, but the price was low enough for the risk. We had no issues with our USA credit card being accepted. The service was slow and the car was a bit rough (minor scratches), but we didn't care about that much. They did not verify our international drivers license or insurance. I recommend taking a video of previous damage and then enjoy your trip!
