Commission was more than 20%!! I exchange 200$ and give 140€ in hands! I understand that I must pay 9.50€ commission for exchange but nobody told me about + commission 20%. Awful service!!

Experiência péssima. Roubo na verdade. Não queríamos perder tempo e a tarifa indicada na porta era boa. Sugeriram que se trocássemos mais dinheiro a tarifa seria melhor. Acrejeitamos e demos todos os dólares que tínhamos na ocasião. A atendente foi simpática e falante... falando de muitas vantagens e descontos. Fizeram a gente assinar um contrato antes de entregar os euros, e no meio de toda a simpatia e monte de informação nao vimos que as taxas cobradas eram absurdas. Taxa de 20% mais uma comissão de 4 euros. ROUBO, FUJAM.

Commission was 20%!!! Not published at all. When they made me sign the rate it was good so I did sign. After I’ve signed, they’ve printed the receipt. $500 to €345 what a joke!

I took out 369 euro which translated to 492 USD because of the high fees.The man refused to let me tell him how much I wanted to take out and what the fees would be. He kept yelling just tell me how many euro you want. Then there was a high fixed fee and commission fee and still about $40 unaccounted for that totaled $492.DO NOT EXCHANGE WITH THEM

ぼられそうになり、おかしいと伝えたところイタリア語でこのモンゴル人め、と差別用語を言われました。8時営業のはずが8時20分まで待たされ、挙げ句日本円を80ユーロに替えてほしいと伝えたところ、いくら持ってるか見せてと言われ、12000円が財布から見えたのを取り上げて「これで50ユーロだ」と言われました。美しい町でこんな営業の仕方をするなんて許せません…もちろん両替せずに帰りました。ここでは両替しない方がいいです。

AVOID AT ALL COST. Their pricing is not transparent, they'll surprise you with an insanely high commission in the end. To convert 200 chf to euros, they took about 50 euros!
