it's not worth buying these shoes. Very expensive for what they are and above all very inflexible with the return policy.I bought some buckled shoes that were supposedly my size, but the reality is that the last is very small. I put them on for a few hours and I realized that they squeezed me a lot, to the point of breaking a nail. I went to the store the day after to exchange them for one size up, but they told me that they could not take them back as I had worn them and the only solution was to take them to the shoemaker to widen. She told me that it was normal, although before buying them - of course - she didn't notice it.Expensive prices compared to other stores with similar shoes in Venice, however the facilities and customer service are not up to the level of a store with those prices.

Bring your lawyer: On the first day they tell you that in store returns are not a problem and when you actually want to return it the second day they don’t accept it.

Ottime friulane di tutti i colori e forme. Un po' caro.

La verità è che non si può tornare a casa senza aver infilato in borsa o magari direttamente ai piedi un paio di veneziane comodissime e assolutamente trendy.Il personale di questo punto vendita è gentile e disponibile, soprattutto paziente davanti all'inivetabile indecisione sul colore o modello giusto.Il prezzo... ci sta!

I’ve been so much looking to visiting this store but sadly had a terrible experience. Beware they don’t accept returns in store (they don’t tell you that until you already bought the shoes and can do nothing about it).
