The guy at the till was incredibly rude and condescending. He pushed us to buy insurance again when we already had bought it online. He just wouldn’t take no for an answer. He also swore at me in Italian thinking I wouldn’t understand. He also insisted that we bring the car washed or we’d be charged extra which is the first time I hear that in my 20 year experience of renting cars. To add, the guy was 30 minutes late to the scheduled appointment to pick up the car meaning we got delayed for our next appointment. Good price though(only because we booked online).

Very helpful in a pinch as our original booked vehicle at another company was cancelled when we arrived in Florence. Price was high but understandable as it was the only car large enough for our needs literally in the late afternoon. Mary was extremely pleasant to work with and helped answer our questions even with the language barrier of use not speaking the language. Sounds like this is a new business venture, so good luck!!! We will book in advance with this company for our next visit.

Wir 3 Stunden auf unser Auto gewartet, bei der Rückgabe war von dem versprochenen Transfer ins Zentrum keine Rede mehr. Der Mann war sehr aufbrausend und unhöflich. Eine Punkt gibt es nur für die freundliche Dame beim Verleih. Ach ja die Versicherung kostet mehr als das Auto auszuleihen!…

En esta dirección se encuentra la oficina de SurPrice Rental Cars en Florencia. Realicé una reserva para un vehículo, pagué parte del alquiler del coche por adelantado con tarjeta, cuando al llegar a la oficina hubo un problema con la tarjeta y no me dieron el coche. Me dieron instrucciones para reclamar la devolución por via e-mail, habiendo enviado la empleada otro e-mail a la central confirmando la devolución. Me dejaron sin coche, todavía estoy esperando la devolución y no la van a realizar. Mucho cuidado con esta gente.P.D.: La empleada me dijo que no conseguiría vehículo en ningun rent a car, fuí a sixt y tardé 10 minutos en que me dieron coche. A veces lo barato, sale caro.

It’s an amazing car rental! I live in Florence and had some friends visiting, and we needed car very quickly, kind of last minute. They gave us great options, prices were decent and the client orienting is just excellent. Highly recommended!

Simone è stato molto gentile e professionale. Io consiglierei quest’azienda per un noleggio ad un prezzo giusto. C’era un po’ d’aspettare quando abbiamo restituito la macchina, ma non tanto, quindi assolutamente vale!
