Wow, what a unique and lovely tour of Venice and its surrounding islands. Paolo & Ute were such wonderful hosts and guides - both so knowledgeable with just the right amount of history and information. Felt like we got a more holistic view of Venice outside of just the main island. It was amazing to see the city from the water and they also take you through the city. It's like getting a gondola ride but 1000x better. My wife and I had the best time and couldn't recommend this more. They are simply the nicest and the best people. Would give 10 stars if we could

Paolo has deep knowledge of Venice and loves this place. He shared his knowledge and love of Venice with us, showing us places we would not have seen otherwise and shared insights into the historical roots that haves shaped the culture. We came away feeling as though we had a much better understanding of this magical place.

This was a great way to spend our last night in Venice! As we were about to leave on this short trip, we we eager to learn more about the history of this magical place and see the canals by water and with locals. This tour with Paolo and his wife was the perfect way to do so. He is so knowledgeable about the city's history and they're both very in love with the place, which is contagious. We now know about more areas we'd like to visit next time when we return!

Diese Bootstour bietet echte Entdeckungen und neue Ansichten von Venedig. Paolo und seine Frau haben unterhaltsam und fundiert sehr viel über die Geschichte und Besonderheiten der Lagune und der Stadt Venedig vermittelt. Paolo erzählte viele historische und aktuelle Begebenheiten, die mir sehr halfen auch das heutige Venedig besser zu verstehen. Ich habe die Zeit mit den beiden auf dem Boot sehr genossen und kann diese Bootstour jedem wärmstens empfehlen.

Phantastic tour! You shouldn’t miss it. We learnt so many things about Venice and its islands we never heard about. Paolo knows so much about the lagoon‘s history and can tell about it not only in Italian but also in English or German. It was a very special trip in a tiny boat, just for of us with Paolo and his wife Ute. We discovered Venice from a non-touristic side. Thank you!

A fabulous way to see the myriad of canals and hear stories of the history of Venice. Paolo and Ute are delightful hosts, very attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend this tour if you want something extra special on your visit to Venice.

La mejor experiencia. Paolo te lleva a conocer Venecia y a través de su relato te hace viajar no solo a través de su canales sino en el tiempo. Una experiencia increíble, super recomendada para lo que quieran conocer este lado misterioro y fascinante de Venecia.

Parto dal fatto che la Venezia vera ed autentica un po' già la conoscevamo e quindi le aspettative erano parecchio alte...eppure questa esperienza è stata meravigliosa! Grazie sopratutto a Paolo che si è dimostrato una guida coinvolgente e molto preparata senza mai risultare noioso o pesante (a volte c'è un po' questo rischio...). Paolo ama profondamente la sua città e il rispetto e la riconoscenza che ha nei confronti della sua Venezia traspare in ogni singola parola. Una nota di merito anche alla moglie che lo accompagna, attenta delicata sorridente. Il giro che propone è qualcosa di sorprendente. Partenza dal Lido e prima mezz'ora dedicata alle isole minori così piene di storie da renderle ancora più suggestive; se si aggiunge il fatto che rimanere fermi su quella piccola barca di legno in mezzo alla laguna nella quiete più totale la combinazione risulta perfetta. E poi via in direzione Arsenale, meraviglia per gli occhi e per il cuore. Ci si addentra poi a Castello e infine a Cannaregio dove Paolo ci racconta di leggende e segreti del posto che sono delle vere chicche. Se cercate un giro in passerella sulle gondole siete nel posto sbagliato, se volete amare ancora di più Venezia siete nel posto perfetto
