Dolce Milan Malpensa

I stayed here only one night so my experience is limited. It is a 15 minute walk through a small town to arrive at this hotel. The walk isn’t bad but might be a lot if you are carrying a lot of luggage. The hotel itself is rather old, the room I was staying in was decent, it was an older room. The AC was not working properly overnight and it was hot in the room - inconvenient since we stayed in late June when it is already hot. The room air was stuffy, it irritated my sinus and throat. The staff is helpful. I wouldn’t stay here again, but the highlight of this experience was the free shuttle to the airport - made our travel back so much easier and convenient.

Not the best and not the worst of places. The hotel just needs a full renovation. Rooms are small, air conditioner is extremely noisy. Gross stains on wall of bedroom and mould in bathroom. Breakfast is ok and most (but not all) staff are pleasant enough, one girl on the desk does not speak enough English to be of any help which is frustrating. Do not rely on the shuttle bus turning up at scheduled time.

Basic hotel close to the airport they have free parking which is a plus and they are around 15 min away from Milan Malpensa airport so it's a good choice If you are flying our next day and have a rental car. However it is 45 min from Milan and not near any major attractions

Alloggio in questo hotel ogni volta che vengo in questa zona per lavoro, personale molto accogliente e professionale, in particolare la signora Monica che è molto affabile e competente nel suo lavoro. Il ristorante è ottimo.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo in seguito a un volo cancellato da Malpensa. La posizione e' ideale in quanto dista circa 10 minuti dall'aeroporto e permette imbarchi anche di mattina presto.Ho trovato la stanza confortevole e molto pulita.Il personale e' davvero attento a rispondere alle esigenze del cliente, permettendomi di prenotare una stanza e raggiungere l'albergo con pochissimo preavviso (e con una navetta offerta dall'hotel).Un particolare ringraziamento a Federica nel check-in. Ha mostrato grande professionalita' e cortesia nell'accomodare le mie richieste. Ho apprezzato molto, grazie!Hotel molto consigliato.

Very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms and breakfast above the expectations. An important free service is the shuttle to the airport and train station. The best choice if you fly early in the morning, without rushing from Milano to the airport.

The location of the hotel is good for rest and sleep. It has a quiet and calm disposition. Being close to Malpenza airport is an advantage. A hotel where you can walk around.

Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Camera grande, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Il ristorante, invece, deve migliorare parecchio ed è molto costoso per la bassa qualità che offre.

Hotel not responsive to my request for shuttle. I could not get a taxi or uver. They hung up on me 4 times. I had a reservation and now have to sleep in the airport.
