Absolutely atrocious service. Queued for 1.5hrs with 2 young children at 10:30am only to be told that the next boat was at 14:20 with no guaranteed return or possibility of buying return ticket there. Staff were rude. Queues were long. No one could use online booking as website broken. No apologies given; staff just shrugged shoulders.

Had an amazing time, it is not just about the beautiful scenery and the classy boat. But, also, the possibility of seeing the lake through the passionate eyes of a local and get to spend some time in places i would have never imagined so beautiful.

In occasione del nostro primo anniversario ho regalato al mio ragazzo una Smartbox che comprendeva un’escursione in barca con aperitivo e cena degustazione in un ristorante e non posso che ritenermi soddisfatta! L’escursione è stata una bellissima esperienza, il conducente veramente simpatico, cordiale nonché un ottimo cicerone. L’aperitivo con più scelte e vari snack. Esperienza che consiglio vivamente
