Rome Marriott Park Hotel
Albergo assolutamente pazzesco in pieno stile U.S.A; è tutto grande: grande il parcheggio, grande il centro congressi, grande la hall, grandi le camere e pore la spa; In viaggio per lavoro mi avevano riservato una doppia ad uso singolo dotata di tutti i confort: doppi servizi, frigobar, scelta di the , vista panoramica sulla città eterna e poi ho trovato la camera climatizzata a 22 gradi, il top con questi primi caldi! Colazione super, di tutto di più, dal dolce al salato all internazionale; personale preparato e cortese , un po’ lento il check in ma ho visto di peggio. 106 Euro a notte colazione inclusa a Roma in un contesto del genere non credo ci sia di meglio; spero me lo riservano anche per il prossimo viaggio.

HORRIBLE!We checked in on a Monday afternoon (today) and it took 45 minutes to check in. Next we go to dinner at the restaurant in the hotel lobby. My mother-in-law ordered an antipasti and it was very clearly forgotten about as it showed up at the same time as our meal and not as an appetizer. When our meals finally came out they were beyond horrid. My chicken was bland and cold, my wife's steak also came out cold. Next my father-in-law got his lamb.... it was undefinable as food - let alone lamb. We NEVER send back food but this just had to go back. By the time my mother-in-law got her food and my father-in-law got a replacement meal we all ate at separate times as nothing was timed correctly.The manager of the restaurant was walking around the dining area the entire night and never once came over to apologize or even acknowledge our presences in any way. Rather than apologize or even offer to comp a meal we were just given 'free' dessert that we didn't even ask for and it was awful as well. It was a dreadful end to our lovely trip to Italy. I hope the manager reads this and has to balls to reach out to us.

TERRIBLE CHECK-IN SERVICE!!! My family and I were disappointed by the service we received when checking into the hotel. Only one staff member was available at the front desk and he took over an hour to check us in! He took his sweet time as the line grew longer and longer behind us. Everyone was very irritated. It was quite honestly very ridiculous. Other than this terrible service at our arrival, the rest of the hotel was decent, rooms are a bit dated but overall amenities are nice.

The hotel staff is excellent and the wait staff in the dining room are very good. The hotel is old and dated, but comfortable enough. If you are coming, be sure to bring an ac/dc adapter for your phone. The hotel runs on dc only.The food is very good and yes, the lobby is large, but it includes the dining area and two large conference rooms on either side. The drawback is that if you want to see the sights in the city proper, expect to pay a taxi between 29-35 euros to get into the city from here.

Un hotel a 5 stelle servizio della reception 1 stella. Check in con attese di 40 anche 50 minuti. I receptionist sono lentissimi. C'ero già stata altre volte ma quest'anno è peggiorato tantissimo. Nei bagni inesistente shampoo e bagnoschiuma, i dosatori sono vuoti. L'acqua nella doccia non va via e il phon si stacca ogni 10 secondi. Il contenitore delle veline ne conteneva 2 fogli. Questo è un servizio a 5 stelle? Non mi sembra! La pulizia è ottima nulla da dire . Insomma un soggiorno nella media nulla di eccezionale.

Al mio arrivo nonostante avessi la stanza già prenotata e già pagata è stato necessario attendere un ora (misurata con orologio) in coda prima di avere la chiave, il bagno della stanza inoltre non aveva la doccia ma solo una vasca con doccia senza nemmeno una tenda per gli spruzzi, nel bagno non era presente un tappetino ma solamente due (solamente) asciugamani da docci dei quali uno ho dovuto usare come tappeto. in stanza non c'era il sapone e per le mani usavo lo shaampo della vasca.esperienza pessima visto quanto ho pagato!

Ho soggiornato presso il marriot hotel con 4 stelle e con piscina esterna, spa e palestra e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata piacevolissima. Nonostante sia stato lì per colpa di un volo cancellato.La camera in cui ho alloggiato era confortevole e arredata con gusto. Era dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, come aria condizionata, TV a schermo piatto, minibar e un bagno privato ben fornito.Il personale dell'hotel era cortese e disponibile, sempre pronto ad assistere con qualsiasi richiesta o domanda.La posizione dell'hotel era ideale, situato in una zona tranquilla ma comunque vicino all aeroporto di fiumicino a soli 10 minuti da li. Esperienza per qualsiasi turista che si deve appoggiare a Roma prima di partire, l unica pekka forse è che intorno non ha nulla ma per prendere un autobus ti devi fare 15 minuti a piedi.

I wish that I could rate this lower on food and services. Check in took almost 20 minutes, there was only one person checking in people right at the time for check in even though there were many staff just standing around.The food at the dining room/buffet was incredibly mediocre and we had to send back a burger for it being pretty much raw on the inside.The dining staff didn’t offer a drink menu, we constantly had to flag down wait staff as they did not check on our table at all.The drinks were watered down and was disappointing for the €14 you have to pay.We were only staying here one night to catch our flight in the morning since the hotel is close to the airport. The hotel shuttle only runs at 6am and 1pm…60€ too.There are other hotels in the area that are probably way better. This is the worst stay I’ve ever had at a chain hotel.

Con detto da tutti , procedure di check-in di una lungaggine imbarazzante per la mancanza di personale ma anche per la solita gggggente che fa perdere tempo inutile agli operatori. Camere ottime, ben condizionate e abbastanza silenziose. Dipende sempre che razza di C0-gl1-0n1 americani hai nella camera accanto...Impossibile parlare con la reception dalle camere, nemmeno telefonando dall'esterno per chiedere un intervento. Security totalmente inutile. Bagno con scarsa pressione dell' acqua e scarico doccia perennemente tappato. Wifi con parecchi problemi quindi se devi lavorare è un po' un problema. Cucina buona, anche quando il cuoco fa a modo suo, ma personalmente prezzi molto elevati per la tipologia , anche se in un hotel 4 stelle. Personale sempre cortese e orientato alla soddisfazione del cliente. Posizione purtroppo infelice nel nulla più assoluto. Torno perché paga l'azienda e purtroppo e' convenzionato ma ne farei a meno.

È prima di tutto un centro congressi, ha le sale enormi e un servizio eccellente.Le camere bellissime, comode. La pulizia è al top e potrei dire che in generale il personale dell'hotel è molto disponibile.Ottimo anche il servizio ristorazione.Unica pecca la posizione che è un po' svantaggiosa, si trova vicino al raccordo.
