Très content! Nous avions réservé une Fiat 500 chez eux via booking pour 4 jours avec assurance complète jeune conducteur. Voiture propre qui a seulement quelques mois. Aucun souci, pas d'arnaque ni de frais supplémentaires lors de la remise de la voiture. Lieu proche de la gare de Cefalu. Il faut juste une carte de crédit au nom du conducteur pour savoir réserver. La dame de l'agence est sympa (elle a donné une bouteille d'eau à mon compagnon qui venait de courir au distributeur pour débloquer sa carte de crédit). Elle parle italien et un peu anglais.Merci!

We hired a car from this office. The saleswoman added £150 of extra charges for insurance cover and windscreen protection that we did not ask for. We had booked comprehensive insurance cover separately through another company. She is clearly exploiting the language barrier with foreign tourists. Please do pay close attention to the contract she asks you to sign as she forced it upon me and I was oblivious to what had happened. On the plus side Head Office dealt with my complaint quickly and refunded me the money and so I am happy with their service.

Beware of this business and do, under no circumstances, book a car from them. They are acvitely scamming their clients without a doubt. They charged us with 400 Euros deposit which the lady promised will be returned in 7-10 days - which never happened. The customer service denied any responsibility and even said that avis/budget do not charge deposits".Answer to the response:The 400 euro werent just reserved from the card - the lady told us that of 950 euros 400 euros were a deposit for the car which we will get in 7-10 days. that was a simple lie as the full 950 were charged on the card without any money returned. to warn everybody

Budget / Avis car rental agency. You can book online, no surprise with the price. Be carful to return the car on time. Staff on site is very kind. Selection of car is not big, but there is good cars.

Nie wieder! Bei der Rückgabe des Mietwagens wurde ein kleiner Kratzer am Kotflügel festgestellt, der bei der Abholung schon vorhanden, aber nicht als Schaden registriert war. Kosten: 180€

Po pierwsze lokalizacja na umowie jest zupełnie inna niż w rzeczywistości. Po drugie nikt nie odbiera telefonu. Po trzecie cena wynajmu różni się od tej podanej w internecie. O jakieś 10-15%. Doliczają jakieś podatki(?) O których nie ma mowy w ofercie na stronie www. Obsługa mówi po angielsku na poziomie a1+ Ciężko się dogadać. Dużo czasu straciliśmy przez to na ustalenie szczegółów. Auto było czyste i sprawne choć trochę poobijane, także to był jedyny plus.

This agency cancelled the booking 24h before the start of the rental, and I knew it only because I called them before going to Cefalu. The lady hung up the phone because she doesn't speak English. I had to ask a Sicilian friend to call for me. Then she offered twice the price I booked for the same reservation. unprofessional, crook, not friendly AT ALL. Don’t book here.

Very incompetent company, they scam on additional petrol payments and do not pay the money back. I have returned the car with the same amount of petrol but they have taken my money anyways. 12-16 may 2023

A éviter absolument. La personne gérant mérite la palme de l'escroquerie voir même l'oscar. Elle vous ment sur le montant des prestations des assurances et vous endort dans des explications sur le montant de la caution en italien car bien évidemment elle ne comprend pas le français. Bânissez cette agence si vous souhaitez louer un vehicule
