Enterprise Rent-A-car

Terrible, don’t even think about renting here. The associate was rude and dishonest. She claimed I could not rent the car I had reserved because I used a debit card, which was incorrect. When I corrected her she admitted she was wrong, and then claimed my drivers license was as invalid, which was also false as I pointed out. She then claimed my debit card didn’t work, which was also false, as I called my bank to confirm. Finally, I found her hiding in the parking lot on her phone when she still had my identification. She refused to give me her first name, but the young woman with the brown hair and black glasses is rude, deceptive, and should be avoided at all costs.
