Very poor communication and unfair treatment. Unfortunately, after ordering and paying for the stay, we had to cancel the stay due to the pandemic measures announced by Italy. The owner of the accommodation promised us that she would do our best to meet the cancellation fee, which was 100% of the price, and she referred us to booking.com. She has not communicated with us since. After negotiations with booking .com, we were told that the amount of the cancellation is entirely under the direction of the owner of the accommodation. We then received only 50% of the price via booking.com. If we ever go to this resort, we will certainly avoid this accommodation by far.
