An experience in Italy isn't complete without eating Italian food, but to make our experience better we chose to learn to make Napoli style pizza.Francesco hosted an intimate class making pizza. First we learned measurements, second we made dough, third we prepped dough for pizza, fourth we added ingredients of choice, fifth we learned techniques how to use tools and oven. When finished we enjoyed our creations.The class covered the importance of measuring the ingredients for the dough and how to nead & prep the dough. All of us enjoyed the getting our hands messy in the process. Prepping and shaping the dough took focus and technique.Whether with family or friends this class was truly a great experience and something to remember.

Francesco knows everything there's to know about Pizza, as he is running the probably best pizza place in Padua. He is teaching with patience and passion, and gives all the information needed to make a perfect pizza at home. The lesson is taught in his pizzeria.

El curso ha sido fantastico, el profesor muy profesional y amable. Hemos cocinado pasta fresca al huevo con salsa de 4 quesos y el resultado ha sido espectacular. Una pasta buenisima y una receta aprendida para poder cocinar en casa.

Without a doubt one of the best family activities when visiting Italy! Kids were thrilled and we all had an amazing time. On top of it, it was one of the best pizza I've had. I also learned what makes it such a great pizza - thanks to Francesco's passion, guidance, and ingredients. Highly recommended!

Ho fatto il corso sulla pasta fresca ed è un'esperienza consigliatissima. Lo chef è preparatissimo, spiega nel dettaglio, ti segue in ogni passaggio ed è molto simpatico. La cosa più importante è che è super evidente la passione che ha per la cucina e ciò rende il corso molto leggero e piacevole.

We had a phenomenal time making pasta and gnocchi. Our instructor was not only a good teacher, but he was high-energy, engaging, and made it fun for us all. This course was a major highlight of our trip to Italy. Would highly recommend.

Learning how to cook Italian dishes with chef Francesco was one of the best thing my husband and I have ever experienced during our stay in the northern part of Italy.In general, we are so lucky and grateful that we found chef Francesco. He was able to fulfill our wishes to learn how to make lasagne with home made pasta, risotto and tiramisu. Moreover, he was very patient, funny, easy to work with and clear during the cooking lessons. Also, his kitchen is very clean.All in all, we just love his way of teaching us. It was a very successful and educative cooking lesson.Thank you chef Francesco for one of the most memorable experience!
