The city saved my trip. I arrived in Rome feeling miserable with an acute sore throat that made me think my four-day trip was surely ruined. I found this place in Google maps and after reading three positive reviews, took a cab there. I found the tiny window shown in previous reviews and rang the bell. I explained my symptoms to the doctor and in 5 minutes I got the best quality medical attention ever. I was prescribed antibiotics and the next day I was feeling great and able to enjoy this wonderful city. Definitely recommend!!!

I was recommended to go to this doctor by the pharmacist, after complaining about a cough. Turns out I have bronchitis, and the doctor prescribed antibiotics.It took me a few minutes to find the facility (it is not clearly marked outside - at least, not to an American tourist such as myself), so I included a few pictures to help locate.Once I arrived, I only had to wait 15 minutes to be seen. There was no charge for the visit; all they asked me for was my name, city, and phone number - not even an ID card. The doctor wrote a prescription which I filled at the pharmacy down the street.

With help from a person at Guardia Medica Touristica next door, we found the secret call-in button, and I was ushered in after filling out a form and only a 5 minute wait. The doctor spoke English, diagnosed me and wrote a prescription in another 5 minutes. With a pharmacy around the corner, the entire experience took only 30 minutes. I’m extremely pleased by the service.
