Grazie per avermi fatta stare subito bene dopo un violento attacco di emicrania.Spero di non rivedervi mai più però bravi e gentili.

Entri e nn c'è nessuno.suoni e se va bene dopo mezz'ora si presenta un infermiere per il triage. Chiede la tessera sanitaria e i sintomi poi sparisce dietro una porta. Tu resti in attesa in un ingresso senza vedere nessuno. Ritorna l' infermiere. Ti da indicazioni su dove devi andare e il parente ti accompagna.

Per eseguire delle radiografie e Tac, prima bisogna fare le pratiche presso lo sportello al numero 14.

P.s. lunghe attese, 5 stelle per i reparti!!!

Pronto soccorso improponibile .I pazienti vengono lasciati fuori in attesa senza accettazione .Funziona cosi: ai paziente Vengono richieste le tessere sanitarie poi rispediti fuori in attesa senza nessun controllo .Dopo circa un'ora da quando il paziente lascia la tessera sanitaria l'infermiere chiama il paziente per fare la prima visita .Quindi dove sta il primo soccorso?Il paziente in un'ora può morire .Alla domanda ,come mai questa attesa , la risposta è ci sono emergenze ma nel tabellone neanche un codice rosso .Quindi tutti noi in attesa ci chiediamo se questa è la serietà della sanità italiana o è solo un' entita' da considerare isolata dal resto?Attes

One of my worst experiences at a healthcare facility thus far. We were visiting Como and I developed a very very bad stomach pain, dysentery and nausea. My symptoms were all pointing towards something serious and so I decided to seek medical attention as anyone would want to.Now at the train station, we thankfully found a cab driver who understood that we need to be taken to emergency care. But this facility itself they treat you like a foreign entity if you cannot speak Italian.Also, we should have gauged the many signs and realize that we wouldn’t be seen in time. To avoid that people go here, here are the signs. After I was seen and sent to the waiting room, nobody saw us even after 30 mins and there were only about 5 of us in the waiting room. There were no nurse practitioners in sight either. Thankfully we found a gentleman in the waiting room who suggested we just bear the discomfort and take a train to Milan in search of hopefully better services. Well we did exactly that and thankfully I could make the train to Milan, but this is absolutely not what I expected of an ER.At least in the US in the ERs there are receptionists who you can communicate with, here there is an obvious disrespect for attending to patients. Finally, if you are sick in Como, please don’t come here - just make the difficult trip to Milan.
