Camplus Bologna Nosadella

I stayed there from October 2020 to June 2021, and the experience was terrible. To start with, when I moved into my room it was uncleaned. Everything covered with dirt, cotton swab coated with ear wax left in the trash can, desk lamp disassembled… And then when the temperatures started to drop in November, the heating system was broken for days without any staff trying to be helpful and solve the problem. Eventually it was solved (however the money that I paid for the heating, which was included in the rent, was wasted. No refund or compensation offered), but then came the construction right next to the apartment and the one INSIDE it. For months (no exaggeration, literally MONTHS) we had to endure the constant noise from around 9AM to 5PM: the drilling, the trembling of the ground, the workers talking, and more. At a point some people even had to move out form their rooms and relocate because some work needed to be done inside the rooms. During the entire period of the repair/construction, absolutely NO COMPENSATION was given. The physical and emotional torment that we suffered from was beyond words. This summer (2021) , in June if I am not mistaken (there was too much irresponsibility I could not remember the entire timeline), we received an email in which some people were asked to tidy up their stuff in their rooms, since Camplus wanted to take photos to put on their website - I mean people were still living in the rooms! It’s not like they have checked out already! Does privacy mean nothing to Camplus? Apart from all the issues mentioned above, there were a bunch of other events that frustrated me a lot throughout my stay, such as the reoccurring interruption of the Wifi (the staff gave us a phone number and asked us to call someone and solve it on our own), the elevator that went broken for more than 3-4 times in 2 months, the delayed reimbursement of my deposit after I checked out (waited 14 days until I received it… every time I wrote an email to ask when I would receive it, they replied “in a few days”… how is that helpful? Is it 2 days or 7 days or 10 days?), etc. All in all, Camplus Nosadella was the most irresponsible and absurd place that I have ever stayed in. They charge you 600€ per month, only to torture you with an entire package of all the possible frustrating situations that one can encounter in an accommodation without trying to fix it.
