One star because I can't give 0. Absolutely not clear nothing. Which boat in which direction starting from which terminal? I was in cue that I thought is for my line (because I saw on annunciator) but they keep line closed with chain, so I try to ask some staff but they were extremely uncooperative (when I call they turn around and pretend didn't hear me), lady send me to go around, until I came back boat already untie and go. After I ask when is the next she answer to look on annunciator, that is useless because all lines have same number!!! She even didn't want to tell me where I need to wait. Shi*ty place in shi*ty country.

despite the high tide, rain and last nights storm surge everyone here is working hard to get things up and running again.
