They sold me a broken Moka pot and wouldn’t refund it. They tried to say it wasn’t broken in the shop but the second I picked it up by the handle it came out with a jagged edge. It had clearly already been broken and pushed back in. I have studied archaeological art conservation so I’m familiar with what things look like when they’re already broken and when they are freshly breaking. There was no sound; no “give” when picking it up - it doesn’t take a genius to figure this out.Now I’m out the money with a Moka pot with no handle, which will be difficult to use.
