The studio is brand new (opened about 5 months ago). The owner is very friendly and offers day passes for tourists. The parking outside is free.Well equipped, little Studio perfect for everybody who doesn’t want to stop working out while on holiday. Highly recommend it.

Have done some nice workouts during my vacation and can recommend it 100%. Its not very big, but there is every machine you need and I never really had to wait to do my exercise. The stuff is very nice so you feel comfortable from beginning. Special thanks to my man Vieto, was a pleasure to meet you!

Passato oggi per allenarmi essendo che sono in vacanza e non volevo stare fermo, sono stato accolto dal personale molto gentile che mi ha presentato la palestra.L'area per allenarsi è completa di tutto il necessario per allenarsi ed è tutto incredibilmente all'avanguardia con tutti gli attrezzi che erano targati panatta. Ci ritornerò sicuramente :)

I try to visit castellammare whenever I can and I would never use another gym. The owner is an absolute gentleman. The employees are just as great. I come from New York and don’t speak Italian and it’s not always the easiest in a Small town but the amount of help and love I received was amazing the equipment was top of the line brand new. They care about fitness goals and it shows in the gym. The atmosphere was amazing. I only got to visit 1 time in my most recent short stay but this is my gym from here on out
