Hotel Agugliastra

We had a great a stay at this hotel in July 2023. The staff were very nice and welcoming, the breakfast was great including eggs and bacon, select of breads, sliced deli meats, fruit and more.We were on the 2nd or 3rd floor and our room faced north so we had a view of the beautiful mountains, small town rooftops and even partial sea view. Air conditioning worked pretty well.Scores room 4/5 stars only because the bathroom toilet area was very very tight. I’m quite small and found it difficult to sit properly. Not sure how other rooms are though.

Al centro di Santa Maria Navarrese, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Pulizia, personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione a buffet abbondante e con buona scelta. La vista dalle camere con le terrazze è da mozzafiato.

I was expecting to have the best days of my family trip in this hotel but they almost ruined the whole family vacation. I made a reservation in June, to spend 4 days there with my family. We were 6 people. The only email/contact I had with the property was the confirmation email and nothing else. We are doing a one month vacation around Europe. My family came from Brasil. In my check-in day I called to the property to tell the time of my arrival and they said my reservation was canceled.Learn one thing. No hotel or Airbnb can cancel your reservation without contacting you in advance to change the payment method or to ask for any changes in the reservation they need. But they did. They cancel the reservation without contacting me. They left me without any option but to book a very expensive hotel ( because nothing else was available anymore). They didn’t even notified of the cancellation. When I called they hanged up on me.I do not advise anyone to book directly with them or even stay in this hotel. I would not trust them after this traumatic experience. To have your whole family leaving a cruise and going to an island fulled booked and very expensive.I was on the phone the whole day. We are not rich to pay 18K in a hotel and that was the amount of most hotels were. In the Santa Maria Navarrese region there was only 2 hotels available, one of them was 18K and the other one was the double of the price of my reservation.

Ottimo Hotel in posizione centrale, camere e servizi molto buoni, personale gentile e disponibile. Bar e gelateria assortita.Lo raccomando, ci si sente come a casa propria.

The rooms that we booked were very small. They were very reasonably priced and clean. We visited during a heat wave and the air conditioning did not work well. Our daughters were on the second floor and their air conditioning was slightly better than my husband and my room on the 3rd floor. The hotel staff does not speak English, but they were kind. Google translate is necessary if you do not speak Italian. Also somewhat noisy trash and recycle trucks that sounded like they were right outside of our window.

L'hotel è in una ottima posizione, con una bellissima spiaggia a due passi, ben servita e con un'acqua splendida.È offerto il servizio lettini da spiaggia, ombrellone e docce, tutto gratis, servizio comodissimo e molto molto gradito.Il personale è sempre molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Se avete bisogno di prenotare qualche giro in barca, chiedetelo in reception, perché potreste usufruire di eventuali piccoli sconti.Passando alla struttura, le camere sono pulitissime e ben organizzate. Anche se la nostra camera era la più piccola, gli spazi sono comodi, sia in camera che in bagno. La stanza era silenziosa e il posto tranquillo. Forse l'unico problemino era il letto non comodissimo e la bocchetta del condizionatore puntata sulla testata, ma abbiamo comunque dormito abbastanza bene.La colazione è completa e buona e si trova sempre una buona quantità di cose da mangiare anche se si arriva tardi.Non c'è parcheggio, ma a pochissima distanza si trova parcheggio libero senza problemi. Davanti all'hotel c'è anche una bella area giochi per bambini, grande, alberata e tranquilla. Il paese che abbiamo visto è davvero bello, anche di sera per una piacevole passeggiata.Concludendo, relax completo e assicurato! Hotel altamente consigliato!

Hotel con posizione centralissima, la camera molto pulita e luminosa. Il materasso comodissimo e una bella vista sul golfo.Sono stata bene anche grazie alla gentilezza dello staff

CONSIGLIATO..!! Viaggio per lavoro da vent'anni in giro per l'Italia e in questo hotel ti senti a casa, ambiente raffinato, personale sempre disponibile e sorridente, le stanze sono spaziose e pulite, nonostante si trovi al centro del paese è molto silenzioso si avvale di alcune strutture in convenzione per il prenzo e giornata al mare (consigliate e con recensione a parte). CONSIGLIATO...!!

Tranquillo albergo con camere spaziose pulite e molto centrale. Il punto di forza però è il personale... gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile a risolvere dei piccoli incnovenienti.Consigliatissimo.
