Wir haben fast eine Stunde gewartet (Abfahrt ab 10h jede std) bis eine Dame kam und sagte der Bus ist kaputt und es gibt keine Touren heute!!!!

Niet genoeg informatie voor het uitstappen envterug instappen op deze tour in Livorno. Jammer we hebben dus niks gezien van de mooie gebouwen in Livorno. Hopelijk is het in Firenze morgen beter.

I was looking forward to my tour in Livorno. Prior to trying to get the tour I spoke to the man in the office who advised that you cannot buy tickets at the office and can only buy them on the bus or online. I asked if card payments would be accepted to which he said yes. Well……I get on a bus, the driver is smoking outside and bus smells like an ashtray, I asked for one ticket and said I’d pay by card to which he said he does NOT accept card payments. I asked where nearest ATM was and went to get some cash. I said to the driver that I will be back in 1min once I have cash. Well ATM was out of order and as I was making my way back to the bus he just drove off. I went to speak to the office again and explained the situation. The man in the office was just as surprised with drivers behaviour and advices that he still cannot help me to get the ticket but he will call driver to get him back, to which I advised that I am no longer interred as driver was rude and bus was disgusting.

Super Tagestour!!! Hinkommen, Ticket kaufen los gehts! Besser kann es nicht sein... haben Lucca und Pisa in einer Tour gemacht 28€ p.P. ein super Preis! Bus super in Schuss, der Fahrer Francesco sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit die Reiseleiterin Ariana war super informiert hat zudem hilfreiche Tips vor Ort gegeben! 100 % zuempfehlen!!

Good price from Livorno city center to Pisa roundtrip,. But the shuttle parks in a lot about half a mile away from the leaning tower and you have to walk through a neighborhood with weaving streets. No employee on the shuttle said to make note of where the bus is parked so we couldn't find it for the return trip. Had to pay for a train ride back to Livorno.
