Excellent value. It has all necessary basics: great location, very clean, a/c, room fridge, basic amenities, plus a useful common area with kitchenette. Bed comfort was just ok.Best of all was host Lorenzo. Very helpful, made our stay enjoyable.I was concerned street noise, but it was not problem.Recommended.

The person in charge is a real gentleman he will help you to have all the information needed for your staying. Also the place is extremely clean and very very very close to the center of Venise just 5mn max to go to San Marco piazza. I definitely recommend

This is stop one of our two week Italian vacation. IMHO, the biggest benefit to staying at this B&B is that the host Lorenzo will meet you at the water taxi dock and bring you to the apartment. It's such a stress reliever not getting lost in unfamiliar alleys trying to find your lodging while rolling a bunch of luggage on pebble/stones. We got the room with king bed and a single bed and facing a quiet courtyard. Everything worked well and Lorenzo can install the mosquito repellent for you if requested. There is a mini fridge and a microwave in the kitchen for guests to sue 24/7.Overall a pleasant place to come back to rest after wondering in Venice all day long.

Hôte très sympathique et disponible. Une chambre agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut. Et un emplacement idéal pour se reposer même en milieu de journée, dans une ville où trouver un endroit pour se poser quelques instants peut s'avérer compliqué.

Lorenzo, the hotel owner and manager, is incredible. He met us at the water taxi dock when we arrived and walked us to the hotel to ensure we didn't get lost. He gave us a map and recommended restaurants. I sprained my ankle during our first full day and had to go to the hospital. He met me at the hospital and walked me back to the hotel, asking if I needed anything. The hotel itself is very clean and nice. It is small and simple. There are private bathrooms. I can't say enough great things about Lorenzo - he was always available and attentive. You won't regret staying here!

La camera era bella, pulita e luminosa.La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione, a due passi da Riva degli Schiavoni e San Marco, ed è gestita in modo professionale.Il proprietario, il signor Lorenzo, è una persona veramente cordiale e disponibile.

Spent two wonderful days at this hotel. Great location, very close to the center and to the main attractions. Cleanliness, separate shower room (has everything you need) there is a kitchen, all necessary utensils and electrical appliances. Very friendly and nice owner Lorenzo . We really enjoyed )
