Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, 2 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum und 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof. Ideale location

The combination of a GREAT host with a GREAT apartment made it a superb experience for our family. The apartment is centrally located, in a new building, with a private closed parking with ski storage (for those who need it) in an underground parking 5 minutes away; the place looks great, is comfortable to the max, and even smells right (!). Everything has been thoroughly thought out with YOU, the visitor, in mind. When we needed our host he was there for us, immediately and impeccably. the place should be rated 11, not 10. It was beyond expectations.

Ottima ospitalità, il titolare Gianni, persona di grande cuore e disponibilità è riuscita a non farmi mancare nessun consiglio per vivere al meglio la mia vacanza facendomi sentire come fossi a casa . Sicuramente tornerò !

Struttura prenotata su booking con amici. A 2 passi dal centro. Prezzo abbordabile. Host disponibilissmo e molto gentile. Ci ha fatto trovare un prosecco e lo speck! Possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina anche in box sottorraneo. Appartamento pulitissimo, con cucina, soggiorno con balconcino, camera da letto con balconcino e bagno spazioso.

Naprosto skvělé ubytování v samém centru Brunecku, vhodné pro rodinu nebo 2 páry přátel (samostatná ložnice + rozkládací dvojlůžko + samostatná postel v obývacím pokoji), plně vybavená kuchyně vč. myčky a pračky, plnohodnotné nádobí ... neomezená doba příjezdu (automat. vyzvednutí klíčů). Dvě krytá park. místa (200 / resp. 350 m od app). App. má balkon vč. možnosti posezení, nákupní možn. 300m (Lidl / 7 dnů v týdnu otevřeno). Přímo v domě skvělá kavárna (6.3o - 18.oo / možnost ranní pečivo + skvělá káva / kromě soboty). Dárek od majitele na uvítanou, možnost slevy na krytý městský bazén). Velmi ochotný a komunikativní majitel Hannes (hovoří anglicky / německy / italsky) + kolegové (provozovatel lokální autoškoly / sídlo hned naproti app. / cokoliv pomohou vyřešit, ukáží ... poradí ...). Dojezdová vzdálenost k hlavní kase / kabink. lanovky Kronplatz, max 5 min autem, možno i ski-bus. Určitě lze doporučit jak na zimní, tak letní dovolenou. A great cafe right in the house (6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. / possibility of morning pastries + great coffee / except Saturday). A welcome gift from the owner, possibility of a discount on the indoor city pool). Very helpful and communicative owner Hannes (speaks English / German / Italian) + colleagues (operator of a local driving school / headquarters directly opposite the app. / they will help solve anything, show ... advise ...). Driving distance to the main ticket office / booth. Kronplatz cable cars, max. 5 min by car, possibly ski bus. It can definitely be recommended for both winter and summer holidays. Martin + Jitka

Ausstattung war sehr hochwertig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Speck, einheimischer gelbgemachter Honig und hochwertiger Sekt als Willkommensgruß. Jeder Wunsch wird erfragt und gerne nach Möglichkeit erfüllt.kostenfreie private Garagenbox vorhanden, Fahrraderabstellplatz, Ski und Skischuhständer vorhanden.Vermieter Hannes herzlich und aufgeschlossen und jederzeit erreichbar... wir kommen bestimmt wieder
