Hotel Grazia alla Scannella

I recently stayed at the Hotel Grazia alla Scannella in Ischia Italy with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff at the resort were exceptional in their customer service skills, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially with our two-year-old infant. Their warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness made our stay truly special.The resort itself was incredibly classy, with beautiful manicured grounds that were kept immaculately clean. The views were nothing short of breathtaking, and we felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated surrounded by such natural beauty.The hotel provides transportation to take you into the central zone areas to visit and shop and they are very accommodating and making sure you get to and from everywhere you need to go. The concierge’s in front desk are truly amazing to make sure that you are enjoying your time and you have everything you need.The food at the resort was simply divine, with a wide variety of dishes that were expertly prepared and presented. We were blown away by the quality and taste of every meal, and it was clear that only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients were used.The mixologists/sommeliers were absolutely divine and gave perfect and well educated recommendation of the island’s wine selections as well as other regions in Italy. There was love music every night and the Maitre’ D was elegant and he sang traditional fun Italian songs with a visiting trio of guitars and a mandolin on our final night. What a way to end the trip in Ischia. and even when we were leaving at 5 AMin the morning, they set up an early breakfast for the guests that were being picked up by transportation so early to make sure we left energized.Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and truly unforgettable vacation. The combination of exceptional customer service, stunning natural beauty, fantastic amenities and world-class service make it a truly spectacular destination. They have a synergetic team that seems like family and they did not miss a beat. We cannot wait until next time. Thank you Hotel Grazia for adding fondness to our precious lifetime memories.

Struttura strepitosa situata in una posizione tranquilla e con panorama mozzafiato. Servizio navetta eccellente per gli spostamenti verso spiaggia convenzionata e centro di Forio. Personale qualificato, gentile, disponibile e presente in ogni momento, al tempo stesso estremamente rispettoso della privacy di tutti, a partire dal personale della reception e dal Direttore che offrono un'accoglienza di grande professionalità. Cibo di ottima qualità e colazione varia e abbondante. Serate brillanti accompagnate da musica e intrattenimento, con la simpatia del maitre Stanislao. Piscina esterna panoramica stupenda, spazi con giardini incantevoli e ciliegina area termale, con piscina al coperto, sauna, palestra, doccia cervicale, musica rilassante e tanta dolcezza delle ragazze del personale. Hotel Grazia alla Scannella è tutto questo e tanto altro ancora. Super consigliato. 5*

Older hotel villa that has been renovated. Staff is excellent, and the dining room service is first class. An excellent bar with a barrel tender who can make an old-fashioned that's quite good. The food preparation was good. A menu choices for 3 courses. The appetizers are buffet styles, as are the deserts. A good selection of wines. The rooms depending on which you choose can be small to very large. Overall, it is a good place to stay if you like a great view of the ocean.I would stay thete again.

Viaggio fatto durante il ponte del 1 Novembre 2022Hotel a 10 minuti di macchina da Forio in posizione molto tranquilla fronte mare. La struttura è stata recentemente tutta rimodernata con gusto ed eleganza. Ampi spazi interni ed esterni estremamente gradevoli che permettono agli ospiti di godere della magnifica posizione dell’hotel e dei relativi panorami estremamente suggestivi. L'hotel dispone di una piscina davanti al mare molto grande, di una stanza provvista di qualche attrezzo da palestra e di un ottima spa con piscina termale al chiuso, centro massaggi, bagno turco, idromassaggio, doccia emozionale, doccia scozzese e doccia per la cervicale. La camera era molto spaziosa, pulita, con un balcone e con vista mare. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente: abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la grande cortesia e professionalità del responsabile del ricevimento e del Maître dell’hotel, persone estremamente professionali ed efficienti.Altri punti di forza sono la cucina ed il servizio di navetta offerto dall’hotel che permette agli ospiti di muoversi senza problemi.Unica pecca l'arredo della camera un pò datato e sprovvisto di un sistema di insonorizzazione: la notte la TV dei nostri vicini di stanza tenuta alta era molto disturbante.LO CONSIGLIO!

A beautiful hotel with nothing to complain about. Great value for money, it deserved a 5th star in my opinion. We booked the suite and the experience was just perfect. Very beautiful panoramas and a great view, very clean room with a magnificent view of the bay. The hotel is an out of town location, however there is a very convenient shuttle service to Forio town and Citara Bay (Be sure to try the Gardens of Poseidon there!). The hotel has a very romantic 1960s or 1970s Italian feel to it.The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious. Therefore, if you have the option, book the half board. There is an appetizer buffet in the evening with traditional Italian cuisine and moreover 2 varying alla carte" dishes as well as desserts that leave nothing to be desired. For breakfast there are various Italian sweet pastries

A unique gem that is worth any luxury property…Having worked myself for more than a decade in 5* properties and palaces, I can tell that the luxury is actually feeling at home away from home… and thats what you get when you come to this place.The staff is friendly, it feels like you’re visiting family for summer; the place is everything like a huge family villa where you can wonder around as a kid.Breathtaking view, well equipped spa and great bikes available for rental.Mattresses would deserve an upgrade but other than that, I wouldn’t change a thing. This is just what you need to recharge and enjoy slow living.Michele is one of the Front office team member and has been helping to organize my trip even before my arrival. Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel, camera vista mare ‘frontale’. L’hotel è molto carino, il personale cordiale e disponibile, hanno accontentato tutte le nostre richieste. La colazione è basic ma buona. Anche il prezzo, rispetto ad altri hotel è onesto. L’hotel dispone di un centro benessere e della piscina, a disposizione per il cliente. Noi, per motivi di tempistica, non ne abbiamo usufruito. La posizione è bellissima, vista mozzafiato ma per spostarsi bisogna usare un taxi o avere un mezzo.

A TRUE DELIGHTFUL VACATION! The staff is super professional, friendly and amazing, the food is out of this world, the owner is always there and very attentive, the views are just spectacular (if you like sunsets this is the place to be). Also very clean! The hotel has an incredible Spa with thermal waters, great location near main island attractions. Couldn’t ask for more, I’ve been to many great hotels in my life, but this is the best one I’ve been to. I truly felt re-charged, it’s was a great vacation! Daniel Orellana

I spent the most AMAZING time at Grazia! The views are spectacular, the staff was very attentive and polite including the owner Antonio who made sure we were always taken care of. But the food wow the food, we had the freshest octopus and the creamiest smoked Rissotto. They also have a spa with different features like types of thermal pools and showers you must try! I will be coming back to relax soon.

We've just returned from a 2 week stay at the Hotel Grazia Alla Scanela and what a fabulous experience. The hotel is well looked after and very clean and the food is just gorgeous, however credit has to go to the staff - they are all so helpful, pleasant, happy - nothing is a bother for them. Location is a bit out of town ( the views from the hotel are definately worth the location) however there is a shuttle bus which runs regularly throughout the day.We would happily recommend this hotel to others
