Ero titubante a fare yoga ma è andata benissimo. Non è una semplice lezione ma un percorso intero di diverse stanze e alla fine funziona, mi sono sentita molto rilassata. La sera faceva fresco consiglio di vestirsi un po' caldi a strati!

Un luogo magico sospeso nel tempo, come un passaggio segreto che ti conduce in uno spazio parallelo, interiore. Emanuele ti accompagna in questo percorso di quiete e raccoglimento, per poi risvegliarti con una pratica dolce al calar del sole, che ti apre il cuore (e la vista) sulla bellezza del mondo.Grazie per questa esperienza!

I loved the experience, it was exactly what I needed after travelling for so long - - - BUTWhen the experience ended I went back to my rented car and realized I got a fine for not parking correctly. Now it will be a nightmare to pay it in Italy.... Next time I will come by public transport or pay 5 euros for the parking - apparently, the money gets donated to reforestation efforts so I had no excuses...
