Incredibly kind and attentive staff. The leather is authentic and second to none in quality. If you want python leather, no where in Florence is better than Parri’s.

This shop is truly Bag Heaven! Everything is of superb quality and you can buy ostrich, snake and Crocodile bags at a good price. The staff are excellent and I just love this shop. One of the hi-lights of my trip to Florence.

They have an exquisite stunning wide collection of bags of all shapes and sizes in different exotic leathers, at relatively reasonable prices for respective quality. Their service prior to buying the bag was excellent - gave me options to shorten the strap, writing your name in the bag, not “pushy”, patient and knowledgeable sale assistant (mine is Ronja)! I would given 5 stars but because of the delayed reply and difficulty contacting Ronja after purchasing the bag. I wanted to ask the availability of another metal clasps and wondering whether I could change it. It’s been 3 weeks, still no response regarding this. I hope there will be follow up from her regarding this matter especially after buying a €4200 bag.Note; pls clarify returns-policy - I have still yet to find out from Parri’s and it is neither stated on their website. Apparently little possibility to refund once purchased based on what I have spoken to other locals…

I first came here with my mother around 1970, and have exquisite items from there I have bought over the years. The quality is excellent.

High quality, one of a kind bags, belts, and fur jackets. Kim was very nice and she knew right away the style we were looking for. Great customer service, would definitely drop by when we go back.
