My wife and I loved our cooking and dining experience with Paola. She taught us how to make tagliatelle pasta, pesto, and frittelle. Her husband Massimo also helped and they were both a joy to be around. We had so much fun with them and now we know how to make an authentic Italian home cooked meal! We look forward to treating our friends to this delicious food when we get back home.

My family and I enjoyed our cooking class with Paola and Massimo. It wasn’t just about learning to prepare an Italian meal, but an invitation to share stories and immerse ourselves in an Italian family meal. Conversation and culinary education made for a memorable evening! I highly recommend this in home class.

We had a good time making some authentic Italian food. I took my kids and our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. It was fun, but also relaxing and we enjoyed spending time with a lovely Italian family!

My wife, mother-in-law and I attended Paola an Massimo's home for a cooking class. Paola was a great teacher and we had a wonderful time while learning. Massimo kept us entertained and offered a selection of wines and other drinks that were delicious.The home has a wonderful view of La Spezia and many of the ingredients they used were grown by them at their home. Many times they stepped outside to grab a lemon or herbs to use in the dishes we prepared. Everything was fresh and you could definitely tell.They were extremely welcoming and this was a great experience. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

Paola and her family were warm, inviting, friendly and just anything and everything you could ask for as a guest. She was kind and helpful, and showed us so much patience as we tried our best cooking tiramisu and forming several varieties of pasta.Our food was excellent from aperitif through dessert, and we are so thankful that we got to spend the afternoon with our hosts. The spread of the meal was phenomenal, and the connection with their lives was authentic and meaningful. Paola and Massimo welcomed us as guests, but we felt like we left as family. Truly one of the best days of our lives!Thank you!!

My mom and I had a great time at Paola's! My mom is disabled and Paola's class was one of her favorite stops we made on our time in the Mediterranean. We learned a lot, ate amazing food, and were able to take in very beautiful weather. A huge, huge thank you to Paola and husband for inviting us in and helping us have an amazing experience. If you're looking for something private, this is a great and beautiful experience!

My girlfriend and I had such a wonderful time learning how to make pasta and tiramisu with Paola and her husband, Massimo. Both were such funny, hospitable, and caring hosts who welcomed us like family into their lovely home just outside the downtown core.We learned how to make delicious handmade tiramisu, ravioli, and tagliatelle using local and authentic ingredients, all relying on methods passed down from Paola's family.We had an unforgettable meal on Paola and Massimo's back patio with an absolutely breathtaking view of La Spezia. We cannot wait to cook for our friends and family back home using what we learned from Paola. Thank you again, Paola and Massimo, for the meaningful conversation and once-in-a-lifetime experience!I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Italy without any hesitation :)

By far our favorite night in our Italy vacation was cooking with Paola and Massimo. They taught us how to make tagliatelle, pesto, and frittelle and not only was it fun to learn and delicious to eat, but they made us feel so welcome, like we were family.
