Grand Hôtel & Kurhaus, Arolla

Unique, authentic, and whimsical, staying at the Grand Hotel & Kurhaus, Arolla felt like staying in a Wes Anderson film (in a good way). The historic building is beautiful and it was a treat having an en suite bathroom. The common spaces are really charming and the grounds around the hotel beckon you to linger and soak in the natural beauty.It's clear the staff here have worked hard to curate a special experience for their guests. The walking trail with art and history, the reading room, the game room... all left much to explore. The restaurant had an incredible meal, it's clear the chef and staff care very much about their craft.Can't wait to find a reason to come back again!

Spent a week in Arolla at the Kurhaus. Amazing place to stay and disconnect in the Alps. Very friendly staff and perfect place for hiking in the mountains. Pristine environment. Thank you!

Un séjour au top!Que ce soit à l’accueil, la jeune fille au petit déjeuner, le bar, le restaurant, le service et parfait!Rien que le petit déjeuner est rempli de bonnes choses!La vue de notre chambre était spectaculaire!Pour nôtre dernier repas une belle pièce du boucher servie avec un grand sourire et pour conclure ce festin un magnifique gâteau fait maison pour l’anniversaire de ma fille!Merci à toutes l’équipe pour ce séjour!À bientôt!

albergo molto suggestivo, immerso nel bosco.ottimi piatti del ristorante e la scelta dei vini.La nuova proprietà' sta facendo un ottimo lavoro e se avrete la fortuna di conoscere i proprietari, spesso presenti, conoscerete una coppia fantastica e sempre disponibile.Ad Arolla sei immerso totalmente nella natura mozzafiato.Tornero' con piacere ospite dell'hotel. Amazing and very authentic, spectacularly beautiful quaint hotel in the mountains. This place is paradise! Wonderful service, friendly staff, reasonable rates while not being cheap in any way. It has the heart and soul of its vintage era which we loved. Updated but not too updated. It's real and it's lovely. Only drawback from 5 stars would be the beds are not the most comfortable and this did disrupt some sleep. Wouldn't change anything else! Arolla is amazing too. Town is walkable but hilly. Food and drink are 5 stars!!
