Such a wonderful apartment in the heart of the city of Florence. Even if the streets are busy, you'll be able to sleep soundly and comfortably. You can do your laundry, and cook if you want. The rooms are spacious, interiors are exquisitely done. Wifi included.Their staff, German was very accommodating. This place did not disapppoint and would readily recommend to friends. By the way, it comes with bathroom amenities, shampoo and soap; Coffee, a bottle of wine, 2 bottles of still water, and laundry soap. Good for 5 people. Stayed for 4 days.

This is the WORST stay of the Italian trip -Despite the fact that the room is well decorated and staff being friendly in hosting, the place completely missed out the basics of accommodation - the room has a big defect that the hot water supply is SUPER LIMITED, ONLY enough for one person to take a shower. I had to take a cold shower at midnight even after waiting for 1 hour+ for the boiler to reheat. End up catching a very bad cold.No reception meaning that no one would come help you out in situation like this - just a what’s app number available.The apartment team knew it in advance they got issue with the hot water but said nothing when we checked in. Very very disappointing experience - let alone the broken curtain and dirt in washroom and EUR 300 deposit required for check-in.Recommend others to think twice before booking. Consider other alternatives closer to train station/centre. Taxi ride from train station could cost close to EUR 20 in case you have luggages with you.

Staying at Kairos Apartments was an absolute privilege. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Florence, a 10 minute walk to all of its attractions. The service was fantastic - warm and welcoming but without being overbearing. The hotel itself is incredible. We stayed in the grey apartment and it was truly wanting for nothing, with every little detail thought out. Modern beauty meets old world charm, I could not rate this place more highly.

Some of the best accommodations I've ever stayed at, certainly in Europe. The apartment was spotlessly clean, absolutely immaculate! Nice design, spacious and comfortable, had everything you need (I appreciated that there was a coffee machine AND electric kettle because it seems they're usually either/or,) and included lots of little nice touches like slippers. Great convenient location in the heart of central Florence but with well soundproofed windows so we weren't bothered by sounds from outside. This is one of the few I've stayed in that actually met or exceeded the expectations based on (very nice looking) online photos. We only had a few small complaints, the biggest being that the 10am checkout time is rough, especially with kids on a Sunday in the middle of winter. The other is that the hot water didn't last super long, it was long enough for one reasonably short shower at a time but no more.

It was a true delight to stay at Kairos Apartments; it is a home (your home) in the heart of Florence. It was our home for 10 days! The location is ideal, close to all the city's main attractions. The staff were excellent, especially Silvia, warm, friendly, and extremely helpful, without being intrusive. The apartments are beautiful, functional, and tastefully decorated. We stayed in the Bordeaux apartment on the 3rd floor, whilst our friends stayed in an apartment on the 2nd floor. I was forever being thanked for choosing the accommodation; true thanks indeed. I have nothing but praise for this apartment, which combines modern beauty with old world charm.

My recent stay at this apartment in Florence was far from satisfactory. Although the room was spacious and decorated, the lack of soundproofing was a significant issue that impacted the quality of our stay. To make matters worse, a cleaning fee was imposed which was not clearly communicated in advance. The limited hot water supply in the shower only added to the frustration. On a positive note, there were lockers available for us to store our belongings on check-out. It is worth noting that upon arrival, the property made it clear that This is not a hotel"
