Milan City Rooms is not a hotel. They have a good location and the room is good, but instead of that does not worth the money:1- Breakfast is not served at time2- Walls are so thin that you cannot sleep3- Water is cold so probably you will have a cold bath4- They close the gate at 18h00 so you need a special key to get in and they give one per room5- They do not know what is customer experience, and customer service, they provide a very poor service6- They never think they are making any mistakes with the customers, so they threat you like sheet7- They don't speak EnglishSo if you are visiting Milan for sure you have a lot of better options to make to have at least a reasonable experience or if you prefer to get in trouble.....

Les falta dominar el idioma occidental más hablado en el mundo, el castellano. Por lo demás, bien.

Reasonable accommodation, great location

This hotel was great to my friend and I. It is very clean! Plenty of cabinet space and the beds were comfty. No shared room/bathroom! The staff is extremely friendly and are willing to help you out with any situation. Its actually a homey hotel room.
