No one every answers the phone, your website states opening hours from 9-4:30pm. When actually you never answer the phone at 4:00 pm or before.I have sent many emails, many phone calls and never a reply.

I thank Ms Silvia for being very helpful and I had a good experience. The embassy is also easily accessible with public transport.

I always had such a great experience here in the embassy, everything is well organised, staff are welcoming, kind, location are great (reachable by public transport), and most importantly well trained. They guided me thru out my documentation progress and answer all my questions. Since, i'm travelling all the way from firenze and they settled my visa almost immediately without me having to wait for long hours. I've been to so many different embassy in italy, but Malaysia is by far the most organised of them all. i really appreciate the time and help that Miss Silva has given to me. Thank you so much.

Perhaps they can stick to their actual job scope at the embassy rather than giving unsolicited and unwarranted comments about one’s physical appearance. Quite insensitive if you ask me. Unprofessional staff..
