My wife, 21 yr old son and I thoroughly enjoyed spending a day with Enrica, visiting the Rialto Market to purchase food and then going to her eclectic apartment to make a series of delightful dishes. Thsi is not a formal cooking class... no white aprons and goofy hats. This is hanging out with a cool and idiosyncratic chef and doing what she tells you, whether that is learning to clean squid or asking my son to put on some music to set the mood. Enrica's off-the-cuff comments and insights are fascinating, whether the topic is why to use lemon peel rather than lemon juice or speculating on the future of the Rialto market itself. There is no written recipe (though I'm sure Enrica would be fine with you you writing it down) more of the inspiration of the fresh ingredients and a truly instinctual chef (though she has written a stunning cookbook). If you are uncomfortable with going with the flow" then this may not be for you. If you want to be part of a team making an amazing meal in a cool and funky space

What an awesome experience . Enrica is such an interesting woman. We learned so much not just about food but about life in general. Highly recommended if you want a fun, more informal culinary experience.

Extremely unprofessional

Enrica was a delight, she made our group feel welcome and involved. We cooked rustic Italian seafood dishes with fresh ingredients from the Rialto market. Everything was delicious.
