Il cibo molto buono, ma sono molto delusa del comportamento di una dipendente dove ha molto sottovalutato i problemi di allergie della ragazza, xké presa dal servire altri clienti, non aveva tempo x ascoltare le sue problematiche, dicendo stasera no. Mi dispiace tantissimo ma purtroppo le allergie non vengono a comando, e sottovalutare un problema così grave non è corretto, qui c'è in gioco la vita delle persone. E non aggiungo altro.

Beautiful enoteca with an interesting selection on wines. Service is good and friendly, tasting although well presented, is quite standard unfortunately, with a very average product offered.It would have been good to propose different tasting formulas, allowing customers to chose their preferred product category.

We loved this place. Right in the plaza.First important and amazing point of this place is their coffee. We got impressed. They used a certain blend of lavazza that difficult to find in any bar they serve coffee with this blend. You can feel the huge difference and the outstanding quality.The food overall is merited. Not so sticky with tradition. Focus on the quality of the ingredients. More like contemporary style with some creative touch.They have a good selection of wine lists too. Next to the bistro, there’s the private wine cellar space built in the original structure that remains the right temperature and humidity.We will recommend this place.

Il Bistrot si trova in una posizione stupenda dove si può godere di un'ottima vista sul bellissimo battistero di Siena. L'attenzione al cliente e la gentilezza del personale mi ha lasciato particolarmente sorpresa. Nonostante i prezzi siano più alti rispetto alla media la qualità del servizio e delle proposte è ottima. Consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente non solo per un aperitivo.

Grumpy, arrogant and rude staff. Very uncomfortable to sit here and watch the staff talk to people like that. A bad example of Italian hospitality. Food was decent (hard to mess up with a simplistic menu). View was obviously good as in front of the dome. Overall a very offputting experience because of the staff.

Recentemente ho avuto il privilegio di visitare il bistrot Il Battistero" e sono rimasta incantata dall'esperienza che ho vissuto. Questo ristorante ha saputo coniugare in modo straordinario la tradizione toscana con un tocco di modernità: la loro cucina innovativa mescola sapientemente piatti della tradizione toscana rivisitati e grandi classici.Ogni piatto che abbiamo provato era un'esplosione di sapori e presentava un'incredibile attenzione ai dettagli. Not easy to find comfortable space to enjoy a relaxed lunch in the old city as the physical architecture being old makes for small unit floor space.This is a super find below and behind the Duomo. Food and service to match. My Photo is off season at 3pm.....after a very relaxed lunch! Must be packed high season ..Space of course abounds in Piazza Il Campo, if you like the crowds....

Siamo stati in questo locale ieri sera per festeggiare il compleanno di una cara amica. Era la prima volta che ci venivo e devo dire che è stata veramente una piacevolissima esperienza. La posizione è centralissima, in Piazza San Giovanni, nella parte posteriore" del duomo. Il personale è stato da subito molto accogliente
