The experience at this flower shop to buy flowers for my son Dylan who died to lay at his place where he died . I touched the flower and the man shout at me to stop and go away gesticulating I was a tourist and that I was unwelcome and I should go away .Fortunately the rest of people in Arco generous and kind .This man needs to consider his humanity. He never even said sorry when he found out about my middle son, Shame on him.Beautiful flowers , ugly experience .

We wanted to buy flowers for a memorial to my friend. My friend's mother touched one of the flowers and the owner got angry and pushed us out. We were very confused when he refused to serve us and told us to leave. We've only experienced wonderful people in Arco, but sadly this man made a sad day much more stressful and upsetting for a grieving mother. I would never buy anything from him ever.
