Very nice place dedicated to the beautiful craft of Venetian lace. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and I appreciate the skill, dedication, and heritage of the art.

Compramos una máscara. Nos hicieron 5%de rebaja pero resulta que estaba muy defectuosa y no lo vimos....por las prisas. Ojo mezclan producción artesanas con productos industriales

Mia nipote ha comprato un vestito rosso con il merletto per la mia bimba di 4 mesi...e hanno chiesto se stingeva e la risp è stata no Io cmq il rosso tendo a lavarlo sempre da parte..." Quindi ho messo il vestito nella cesta per disinfettarlo visto che lavo tutto quello che compro prima di metterlo... È successo che lavando la piccola è schizzata un po di acqua nella cesta andando sul vestititino ha stinto sulla roba quindi 2 bodi e una magliettina si sono rovinati... L ho lavato a parte e il merletto è cmq diventato rosa perché ha stinto... Inoltro le foto... Quindi per me per l esperienza che avuto con il vostro prodotto non posso fare altro che dire che è pessimo"

Negozietto carino dove potete anche farvi spiegare come vengono realizzati i merletti. C'è una vastissima collezione di merletti con disegni particolari di animali scenette e altro probabilmente antichi(sono in vendita ovviamente a prezzi di decine di euro per chi fosse interessato). Fanno anche vestiti, lenzuola e accessori per la casa.

Negozio visitato durante un tour delle isole organizzato... la signora anziana seduta eseguiva la lavorazione del merletto mentre una sua collaboratrice spiegava in più lingue i vari processi di lavorazione.

Mir wurde dieses kleine Geschäft empfohlen um eine Tischdecke zu kaufen. Ich wurde sehr nett beraten und hatte das Gefühl nicht abgezockt zu werden. Ich habe dann eine Tischdecke weiss mit gelben Blüten (Tischgrösse 6Pax) inkl. 8 Servietten um ca €140,- gekauft.

Our tour guide stopped us there and we had the opportunity to witness first-hand how the lace was made, which was truly fascinating.The shop was located on a charming little street in Burano, and upon entering, we were immediately greeted by the friendly staff. The interior of the shop was cozy and inviting, with various displays of handmade lace items, including doilies, tablecloths, and even some beautiful lace dresses.The process of making the lace was explained to us in detail by one of the skilled artisans. We were amazed to learn that each piece was made by hand, with intricate designs being meticulously crafted using thin threads of various colors. It was truly a labor of love, and the amount of time and effort that went into each piece was astounding.I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail that went into every item in the shop. Each piece was made with the utmost care and precision, and it was evident that the artisans took great pride in their work.The highlight of the visit, of course, was learning that Elton John had also visited the shop in the past. We were shown a photo of him in the shop, and it was exciting to think that we were standing in the same place as such a famous person.Overall, I would highly recommend visiting this lace shop in Burano. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly remarkable, and it was a pleasure to see how the lace was made. Plus, the added bonus of knowing that Elton John had been there just added to the excitement of the experience.
