We highly recommend Italian Real Estate lawyers! After searching properties online, we realized that it is a complex process to locate properties, contact the seller’s realtor, and set up appointments, especially since we don’t speak Italian. Gaia found a number of properties that met our extensive set of criteria. She set up numerous appointments and was very patient with our last minute changes. We finally settled on an apartment on the Amalfi coast. We discovered that locating and deciding on a property is just the beginning of the process. Gaia helped us negotiate the price, corresponded with the sellers realtor, found a notorio at a good price, and will assist at the closing next week. The service does cost a bit, but we found that Gaia saved us money on the price of the house, the cost of the notorio, and the cost of translation at closing. In the end, we think the cost is a break even and, the best part, we’ve had tremendous peace of mind throughout the process knowing that Gaia is taking care of us. Lastly, we just learned that they provide a Post-Sale service to connect all utilities and complete the process of making the home functional so we can move in. Again, there is a fee, but we think it’s worth the peace of mind to have experts handle the difficulties of dealing with the companies that provide electrical, gas, water, WiFi etc.

Elena helped us through every step, from selecting and visiting properties to all the legal paperwork once we decided what we wanted.
