Ho avuto un'esperienza terribile in questo ristorante. Quando siamo venuti al ristorante, ci hanno chiesto quante persone. Sapevo che è un momento di malattia e dobbiamo mantenere la distanza sociale. Ma quando abbiamo detto che avevamo 6 persone, lei ci ha immediatamente urlato e ci ha detto di uscire con un atteggiamento arrabbiato e brusco. È stato davvero male, come se fossimo il virus e loro vogliono tenerci lontano. non ci arriverò mai più. Non venire in questo ristorante se vuoi fare quell'esperienza.

Unacceptable and extremely rude attitude from the staff. We have 6 people who just came in and asked very nicely if there is a table for 6 people for us. Without any explain, the grumpy old woman just said NO and waved us off like dogs. We have done nothing wrong to be treated this way. This place was introduced by a Chinese friend, and with that attitude, we were totally shocked. Everyone please rate 1 star for those places to disappear completely from the rome, so that visitors don't have to experience such poor quality places like these anymore.

One of the WORST place I have ever been in my tourist life. It wasn’t about the food but it is the attitude of the employees. I came with 5 other friends and they talked with hostile tone, gave us scowls and frowns ALL the time,right even before we tried to speak something. After saying they were out of food, an old lady there gave us a “get lost” hand gesture (which commonly known in Asia, is, very impolite) then spoke some Chinese. It was undoubtedly disturbing for us as a tourist.If Chinese culture, gourmet and SERVICE is what you are looking for in Rome, I would recommend NOT going to this place

Questo è sicuramente il servizio più disgustoso e scadente che abbia mai visto in un fast food. Chiunque passi di qui deve fare attenzione!! A metà giornata, proprio perché dovevo prendere un treno, un amico mi ha portato in questo fast food più vicino. Appena entrati, la donna dietro il bancone aveva un'espressione arrabbiata e nemmeno ci ha salutato. Ho pensato che fosse perché erano molto occupati a quell'ora. Poi siamo entrati e una donna più anziana mi ha chiesto cosa volessi mangiare. Ho notato che aveva il naso colante e all'improvviso ho perso l'appetito. Poi ho visto un giovane ragazzo uscire e sedersi al tavolo che avevamo appena lasciato. La donna è venuta da lui e gli ha chiesto di spostarsi su una sedia accanto. Non ci abbiamo fatto caso, ma poi abbiamo visto che il ragazzo si metteva le dita in bocca mentre era seduto lì davanti a noi. Abbiamo immediatamente chiesto di cambiare tavolo, ma la donna ci ha detto che non era possibile perché stava preparando degli ordini da asporto. A quel punto ho fatto segno al mio amico di andarcene, era davvero disgustoso.Così siamo usciti."

This restaurant doesn't even have a store sign. They only serve their Chinese relatives. Don't waste your time and money to buy annoying in those kind of place like this.

The price is cheap and the food is good. But the service is really bad that you don’t want to visit again. The staffs in the restaurant are arrogant. So I give the 3 stars only for the food and reasonable prices. When you are at table, they just having dinner beside your table and talking loudly.
