My partner and I were delighted with our stay at the Nature Resort Hotel Vallegrande in Cefalù. The hotel's stunning location, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

Cosa dire, struttura incantevole, accogliente e arredata con gusto. Personale riservato e cortese pronto e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Per non parlare del menu raffinato e con piatti di prima qualità, curati nei minimi particolari. Voto 10 e lode. Complimenti allo chef e alla gestione della struttura. Da ripetere.

You cannot doubt that the place is special and the environment very pleasant.Thank you to Noemi and Alexandra who attended all of our requests at reception - very kind, smiley and always up with recommendationsIn terms other services i.e. Breakfast, I think the hotel needs to improve service and choice and I am mentioning this in a constructive way - again, the place is special and the hotel needs to improve according to the prices charged, which I consider those in the high range (in my case, €700 in total for one of the suites, 2 nights and breakfast included i find it excessive for a couple)However, I must say that I had a very unpleasant experience that I don’t think you can expect from a hotel of this category - I am going to summarise the situation:1. I booked the suite with my wife well in advance for the weekend 21st April paying €650 for two nights (breakfast included) as there were no standard rooms available. I think the price for this offer is expensive for what you receive2. At the moment you book, the Hotel charge you a 20% deposit (€130 on this case) which they retained and charge you even if you cancel well in advance. Then, they ask you to pay the rest of the balance (€520 on this case) within 15 days before the day you arrive to hotel through a bank transfer to a company which I believe is a Hotel Group company I have never heard of - according to my experience, the vast majority of hotels charge you once you check in or check out and if you don’t show up and haven’t cancel in advance, they charge the stay or 50% of the stay. With all the amount of bank account fraud these days, I don’t find this reasonable and safe3. Here it comes the most unpleasant moment. Two days before arriving I transferred the funds through European bank transfer and send an email with proof of payment (i sent it to two different mailbox). I called the Hotel to make sure they have received my email with the proof and/or the funds. The person who attended me tells me that my reservation was cancelled because they haven’t seen proof of payment and/or funds. I tried to discuss and ask many times to check the email and I fyi again - my wife and myself were totally shocked. This person was not listening to us well and his tone was very direct and kind of rude telling that we didn’t pay and they were taking the deposit as penalty. To be clear, as they advised, I was within the 15 days of payment before arriving to the hotelWe spent circa 2 hours calling and the person was straight saying we lost our reservation and there were no more rooms. At the end, this person from the hotel acted a bit more calmer and mentioned that there was a solution because there was another last suite free but that we need to pay another €50 extra, so €700 in total for the 2 nights stayTo conclude, we had to pay where we arrived to the hotel after having that awful experience - which I felt as they wanted another €50 extra from me, again, treating a client like this, i think it is an unacceptableBy the way, on Saturday 22nd of April, we saw that the hotel was far less occupied and they could have offered us a standard room for the second night rather than paying that excessive price on the suite for the two full nightsTo the response from the hotel I just received: we can spend the whole day discussing/arguing and you can try to justify yourself with you poor comments. What it is clear is that I paid and send you proof of payment 2 full days before arriving to the hotel. You were not receiving my emails and I was not receiving yours (and you could have called me to my phone to confirm payments and reservation). Rather than that I had an awful experience with you over the phone receiving messages just saying my reservation was cancelled and my holidays ruined. With regards to the room, the hotel was busy on Friday night and very empty on Saturday night. You could have offered me the option to move me on the second night to a standard room rather than paying another ridiculous €350 for the suite

The place itself is beautiful - as you can see on their website. But getting there is a mission, the rooms are small, the service needs improvement and the restaurant is average. If you wish for a few peaceful pool days it is worth considering.

5 paccheri contati, un filetto di salmone misero, un bicchiere di vino ….. il tutto alla modica cifra di €50….. ma ancor peggio senza nessun gusto! La location bella non riesce a colmare una tale ladrocinio! Siamo usciti per andare a pranzare di nuovo …. E di ristoranti veri gourmet ne ho visitati senza rimanere mai così affamata!!! Cambiate approccio alla cucina ed alla clientela !!!

Posto incantevole, personale cortese e qualificato. Camere eccellenti (anche se manca uno specchio a figura intera) e ristorante di buon livello con location in mezzo al bosco. Molto buona anche la colazione, anche se da evitare i supplementi su alcuni piatti.Bellissima la piscina!!

Wait staff very pleasant, food OK; however person at front of property was very unwelcoming. After lunch we started to walk around the beautiful grounds; but a young man rushed out from reception area to escort us off the property - essentially telling us only hotel guests could look at the gardens. Seems a bit of a disconnect to allow people to dine there but not allow them to stroll the grounds. I'd think they'd want to encourage future hotel guests. All in all very disappointing.

We arrived no one has helped us with our luggage. The flooring is pebbles otherwise I wouldn’t mind. We paid 330 euros per night for 4 nights. So the most impressive thing is that the restaurant is closed thursdays and mondays which is extremely strange. In a hotel where you pay all that money you cant even eat a salad.lets move on, we have asked a some drinks and they said we need to pick them up ourselves. So wouldn’t recommend the place as it is too far away and extremely poor service and expensive so its not worth driving all that way for such poor experience.

Quiet and great retreat. Nice pool and beautiful views. Excellent breakfast. The meals otherwise were OK and overpriced. The rooms were very nice. I did NOT like the decorations. Recommend renovate with Christian decorations! Need new pillows and sheets. Nice hiking around the resort and playground for the kids.

Vuoi pace,serenità,massimo relax. Ecco il posto giusto. A quattrocento metri in collina lontano da rumori ed inquinamento e tra alberi e camere immerse nel verde. Vale senz'altro la pena vivere l'esperienza.
