From a tourist perspective: We walked through the beautiful streets of venice all day and saw a lot of jewerly, a lot of glass work. Most of it seemed either rather fragile/cheaply produced for tourists as a souvenir, but still very pretty! Still, we were expecting more hand crafted work, here and there we saw but nothing really interested me. Online i had read about the beautiful Murano glass in venice made by locals so when we ran into this store on our way back to the train i was delighted. Compared to the tourist shops, the pieces here were visibly all original and made with skill and quality. I had been planning to buy a piece of jewerly somewhere in Milan or perhaps Venice for my special someone, and this is perfect.On top of that, the wonderful lady running the store was earnest and beyond generous. From what i've seen in her store and on her website all pieces are handcrafted one of a kind, creative works/designs.I asked her if she was willing to go lower on a (already cheap affordable) price, she kindly refused at first, but when it came down to paying she suprisingly refused to let me pay full price and gave a very big discount.I wasn't able to show my gratitude because i don't speak the Italian language and was in a bit of shock in the moment but i am extremely grateful and if i ever visit Venice again i will make sure to visit again and hope to repay the kindness.Thank you and greetings from the Netherlands!

I have bought multiple pieces over the years and love them all. Plus I get so many compliments from friends and strangers when I wear them. Grazie
