Villa strepitoso, una bella piscina con un bordo dove ci si può riposare sotto al sole, uno spazioso giardino, e tante camere per ospitare amici.

La villa è davvero fantastica, immersa in una valle verde e tranquilla. Dotata di tutti i comfort e molto pulita.

Having spent 12 nights and more than six-thousand USD on this property, I have a lot of comments to share.Pros: Location - A gorgeous countryside setting in Umbria with only a 40-minute train ride from Orte Stazione into downtown Rome – perfect for day trips! The 360-degree views are even better than the photos. Terrace is a fantastic spot to enjoy meals. Quaint small towns 10 minutes north and south of house. Wonderful agriturismo for dinner two minutes down the road. The pool is large and set beautifully in property. The contact, David, is easy to reach by WhatsApp.Cons: This property needs a lot more care. The linens were fresh and bathrooms tidy, but the property maintenance is outdated so it doesn’t feel clean. The property wasn't properly prepped for what I would have expected for six-thousand USD. When we arrived, the inside was dark and very musty smelling. There were dozens of flies buzzing around the kitchen. A broken and weathered ping pong table was sitting in the driveway. There was sand at the bottom of the hot tub which indicated to me it wasn’t properly cleaned (we were never able to get the hot tub to heat up anyway). Broken and unsafe trampoline and splintered children’s swing set. Would not allow our children to use, even though advertisement for children amenities was a major attraction for us. Broken and worn patio sectional and lawn seating so were unable to use. The bathrooms look nice but the plumbing also smells; the upstairs toilet makes an extended growling sound. The iron was broken – it heated up but didn’t steam. Broken stones/tiles around pool that caused my son to cut his foot. Broken and unsafe terra cotta walkway lamp just left sitting there in plain sight. Walls are scuffed and scratched throughout the house; looks like it hasn’t been painted in a long time. Many of the pool table cue sticks are broken. Dirty table cloths and below average cookware.
