Haha, surprising, only a couple of minutes of train from Elmas Airport. And I saw one of the oldest romanic churches on the island. The house? I so much loved the wooden stairs and the beamed ceilings, it immediately brought up serenity. I loved to chill in the closed veranda, planning for the day, into the hussle and bussle. Glad I was back home to relax, every time. The host is super sociable, quoted freely from any song by Bob Dylan and many more, an inrenational mind that gave me a very nice tour of the centre, he clearly knows the nooks and crannies, which I prefer over the tourist hotspots. It was like by walking with him serendipity was walking with us, such nice surprising finds kept popping up.So, especially if you like 'off the beaten track': very much recommended. Will surely return!
