Francesco works absolute magic with shoes and bags! Nothing is ever too much of a challenge. His work is quick and high quality and the prices are always fair. Moreover (as already said by another reviewer), he always has a huge smile and is happy to have a chat too! This is the sort of small business that makes testaccio such a special neighbourhood. Sono entrato credendo fosse un calzolaio ma evidentemente mi sbagliavo. Probabilmente crede di essere un artista di fama mondiale. Arrogante e spocchioso. Costo non commisurato al servizio ricevuto.

A true scam: the old guy ripped me off by charging 40€ to apply a thin layer of rubber on the soles of a pair of leather shoes. Steer clear.
