Sergio waited for us patiently after our flight was 45 mins late. He was very friendly and very informative. I will recommend him 100%His car is beautiful clean very we’ll keep Mercedes.We booked him for our departure.Commission with him was amazing, always responded very promptly!

Worked flawlessly, from the very first email exchanged. Communication was clear, booking was easy, and pick up was a breeze. Sergio was waiting as we came out and whisked off to our hotel. After a long flight, it was nice to just be taken care of.

Я с семьёй была первый раз в Риме .Нашла Серджио в интернете и решила попробовать заказать машину. И не пожалела. Водитель в костюме встретил! Кстати, у него был планшет и там свистящими буквами было написано моё имя , это красиво и удобно, из дали ты видишь где твой водитель ( у других встречающих водителей, обычные мятые бумажки и от руки написано имя) . Наши чемоданы водитель сам доставил до машины, загрузил. Машины, туда и обратно были марки Мерседеса , чёрные, комфортные , ну просто шикарные.Вообщем , сервис на высшем уровне!!! Единственное что Юля , помощница Сержио, не ответила на последнее моё смс, перед самым отъездом, где я спрашивала , будет ли точно водитель в 500 утра. Но я зря переживала , водитель был 4.50 утра уже под домом. Пунктуальность супер!!!! Очень всем рекомендую эту компанию!!!Серджио ,в следующий раз только ваш трансфер, Спасибо огромное.

Sergio and his team were great! There was a driver waiting for us at Fiumicino Airport and took us to our hotel. One or our days in Rome we hired Sergio for a private 3 hour tour of Rome which included a private tour guide, Vlad, who was very informative and fun too! Our last day in Rome we hired through Sergio a private driver to take us to the Castel Romano Outlet outside of Rome. Needless to say Rome Fiumicino Transfer made our trip so memorable and the next time we come to Rome we will definitely contact Sergio again.

Very unprofessional and unreliable service. After two confirmations with Julia I was informed about a price change. As a result I cancelled the transfer.Sergio and Julia,Thank you for your reply.The transfer was reserved on 08.06.23 (definitely not half a year ago) and your notice about price change was sent on 21.06.23, less than two weeks later.It is better to check facts (they are found in your email) before writing a misleading explanation.Kind regards,Irit

I chose Sergio because of the reviews I read and I couldnt be happier. I had actually emailed them a couple months prior top my trip to get a quote and to reserve a spot. They took my info (in English) and said because it was so far in advance, to message then when the time got closer. As requested, I contacted them again about a week before my requested pickup date. To reserve the spot they sent me a link to put a 20 euro deposit down and that was it. The night before my scheduled pick up, Sergio called, or rather messaged me via Whatsapp to verify my pick up details. The driver arrived at my address 15 min ahead of time and then called to say he was parked in front of the house. Super polite, he loaded my suitcase in the back and we were off to the airport. Because it s so early, it only took about 20 min to get there.Total cost was 70 euros. (It was 10 euros extra because it was before 6 am.Sergio's company has a long history of reliability, so it's worth every cent for the convenience and peace of mine. Thank you Sergio and associates!Btw, this was my first time using a private car service to get to the airport early morning. My flight was scheduled to depart at 7:50 am out of terminal 3. I got there way too early. I could have scheduled the pick up at 5 am instead of 4 and still had plenty time to get through the system. Oh welI learned something.

К сожалению не удалось воспользоваться услугами и оценить их. Я просил трансфер в аэропорт ночью в 2:00. Предложили только на 22:45, а ночью отказались. Воспользовался другой компанией и трансфер прошёл отлично.

Used Sergio’s service twice while in Rome. Once from the airport to our hotel and again to get from our hotel to the train station on our last day in Rome. Our incoming flight was delayed but Sergio’s associate was there waiting for us at the right time with an easy to find sign. Both drivers were friendly, helpful, timely, and professional. Would 100% recommend this service. Made the stress of getting around an unfamiliar city with all of our luggage a breeze!
