Bed and Breakfast Il Viaggiatore

This area is a very old historic area with tons of graffiti over everywhere. There is very narrow streets and trash. The pictures did not represent a true representation. Our hired car driver could not find the location and circled the block numerous times and the street was so narrow he wanted to drop us of around the block when we didn't even know where it was. There is no signage to find the location of apartment. There was a girl in the dark and dingy courtyard that told us where to go. Once inside, it was dark, and we could not open shutters get light in. After 3 times knocking on the owners door as directed by him if we needed anything with no response, we decided not to stay at this property. There were 4 hudge keys we had to use to get in the building and apartment. We we there maybe 1 hour, didn't feel comfortable to go outside the building in the area, and decided to leave. As we were exiting the owner came out of his area and we explained we we not staying because the property and area was not represented as advertised and we felt unsafe there. Later we found out we were improperly charged for the full amount. Within 24 hours We contacted Expedia to explain that the booking was unstisfactory. We were on the phone over 20 minutes on hold since there was no email to contact them we hung up due to overseas charges. I would not recommend this place to stay for anyone. Out of our 7places we stayed this one the only place we had issues.

Wonderful location close to everything in the center of Naples. Quiet and peaceful in the center of the city.. Clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Outstanding, helpful host. We could not ask for more.

Herausragende Unterkunft auf meiner vierwöchigen Italien-Rundreise. Sehr schön hergerichtete und saubere drei Zimmer in einem geräumigen Wohnhaus. Habe mich vom zuvorkommenden und hilfreichen Betreiberehepaar sehr willkommen gefühlt. Mitten in der Altstadt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße 200m von der Metro Dante" und der Spaccanapoli."

Se non fosse per il fatto che non ho ricevuto indietro la mia borsa dimenticata avrei messo 1 come punteggio...sconsigliatissimo!!!

Wonderful location, very near to both via Toledo and Spaccanapoli. The apartment is nice, very comfortable and clean. Absolutely suggested overall.

Ottima posizione per visitare il Centro Storico di Napoli.In un meraviglioso Palazzo d'epoca c'è questo meraviglioso b&b.I proprietari gentilissimi cordiali e disponibili x ogni richiesta.Le camere ordinate e pulitissime.consigliato per un weekend, vacanza breve oppure una bellissima lunga vacanza...come stare a casa!

Mitten in Neapel, nette Bewirtschaftung ohne viel Schnickschnack, Zimmer mit Dusche und sehr sauber. Ein spezielles Danke für Martina und ihrem Vater für die Organisation der Weiterreise nach Amalfi.
