Terrible experience. As someone coming to visit Rome and support a business I am very disappointed in the customer service. I have been to many stores that will expect returns because of a very visible defect in the item. However, when I tried to return my pair of shoes that visibly had marks, chips, and peeling. I was told there was nothing wrong. The amount of trouble I had to go through to find a nice pair of shoes in this place that wasn’t chipped, peeled or had stones missing was ridiculous. I do not recommend this store.
