AC Hotel Bologna di Marriott

Great location. Bus stop right outside, 10 min ride to Bologna Centrale and 10 min ride to Two Towers (either could be walked in under 25 min).Room was nice, quiet, and clean. Shower was plenty hot. Bed a bit too firm for me.Breakfast was nice. Variety of breads, cheeses, meats, cereal, and a few hot items.Will stay here again.

Great service — the staff helped my partner and I with last minute reservations to restaurants (weekend) and always ordered taxis for us.Location was around 20 minutes walk from central Bologna — walk was scenic with bars, art, and convenience stores along the path.Rooms are definitely 2-star worthy. The air conditioning didn’t work well. The floor was leaking, we’re had to request new towels (the cleaning staff picks up used towels from the floor and rehangs them for additional use). I’d be okay with reusing towels (#sustainability) if I didn’t need to use the towel to clean up the leaking floor water.

This AC hotel in Bologna was disappointing. Marriott elite status is not recognized. Rooms are small and not well maintained & the breakfast selection was lacking, although the staff do make an effort. Importantly, the location is not great, being in a remote neighborhood with no features nearby other than a grocery store & a couple decent restaurants 5 - 10 mins away. It's a 25 - 30 min walk from the centre of Bologna (the train station is about a 15 min walk). Bologna is such a special city, I would choose a non-Marriott hotel located within the old town. There is no reason for Marriott elite members to pay for this hotel unless you desire parking & are visiting the local neighborhood. Not recommended for tourists visiting the spectacular city of Bologna.

During the summer time, make sure the A/C is working properly.There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to take him to the city center and the terminal is about fifteen minutes walk.There's a lidl's about a block away from the hotel.

Hotel ben strutturato.Fermato 1 notte perché di passaggio.Staff molto cortese.Camera molto pulita, grande il giusto, ben insonorizzata.La sala colazione era molto pulita, con prodotti davvero buoni.Per il parcheggio: noi lo avevano prenotato, siamo arrivati davanti in macchina ed abbiamo chiesto alla reception che ci ha spiegato. Si trova sotto lo stabile, chiuso da cancello. Molto bene.Molto soddisfatto del posto

Hot! We got off the elevator on her floor and you could feel the heat. The air conditioner in the room did not work and it was so hot in there. The room was really nice the people are super nice. We've stayed there once before and it was great.

The hotel is easily reachable on foot from the train station (approximately 10-15 min). The room was comfortable and the receptionist was very kind. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't say anything about it.There is a supermarket 2 min away from the hotel and also a bus stop almost in front of the hotel.

The rooms are very comfy and the staff is super friendly and on top of everything. The food is also extremely good! Definitely would recommend.

Buon hotel per eventi lavorativi. Camere spaziose il giusto con scrivania per lavorare. Colazione buona, ma scarsa in quantità e un po' costosa valutando il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Comodissimo il parcheggio sotterraneo. In generale lo consiglio.

Staff: Super friendly front desk staff! Everyone speaks incredible English, which was very helpful. They are amazing at ordering taxis, super efficient and quick.Location: about a 15 min walk from the train station and the Quadrilatero. But their taxi set up is awesome and both can be reached in 5-10 mins depending on traffic. A quick 3 minute walk to Lidl at the corner.The room: the windows in the room open fully which was awesome! There is AC, but doesn’t do the greatest job. The coolest we could get the room was ~72°F. With the windows open we kept the room very cool. The room has a spacious layout. All hardwood floors.However, the tub/shower was very temperamental. It would be scorching hot and then freezing cold seconds later without touching the handle. It was also a very high step in and out. The bed was a king, but by pushing two twins together.It was a great stay!
