The shop made a mistake on my duty-free form mixing up the country of residence with my nationality. As result, Global Blue (Tax Free) could not proceed my VAT refund case. Global Blue at the airport gave me instructions which clearly said that the shop had to delete the old record and create a new one for my refund but when I called the shop I was told that I had to deal with Global Blue Customer Service. After spending a lot of time trying to connect with the Global Blue Customer Service I was given the same instructions as received at the airport: only the shop could correct their mistake. But the shop stopped answering my calls. When I called from a different number they responded but then quickly pretended that they do not understood English. Very disappointed. No care about customers.
