Romano Palace Luxury Hotel

It’s been nearly an hour and I still haven’t received my evening meal. Very very dissapointing. Pool side is nice. Staff seem to be friendly and somewhat helpful. The signage in the hotel is very poor. It’s run down and feels unloved. Warning. This is not a 5 star hotel.

Pros: staff was very nice. Garden was beautiful.Cons: lot of ants in the bathroom. Lounge singer was performing loudly until 1am making it impossible to sleep. Very frustrating when trying to get rest before a 6am flight.

They tried to renovate some rooms but failed... New bed okay good,ne cupboard okay, but everywhere around in the room water damages, a yellow shower tube and only hot water in the morning, because the cold line is I astimate blocked in throughput...

The hotel was beautiful, with gardens full of flowers and a large pool. The room was average sized with nice toiletries and a mini bar for convenience. It is close to the airport and several small restaurants, as well as an on-site restaurant, but is a bit away from any site seeing.

The grounds and facilities were excellent. We really enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet, and pool/ beach lido access. Our room had a few issues (couldn't figure out how to empty the bath, and the air-conditioning was a little tricky to master). The staff members were absolutely lovely though, so they did help resolve these small problems. I would stay in this hotel again in future.

Forse alcuni anni fa era più alto di valutazione. L'arrivonin auto la sera tardi è un po' complicato perché i segnali del parcheggio non sono visibili. Il servizio di accoglienza si è limitato a registrarmi senza fornire informazioni aggiuntive sulla colazione, il posizionamento della camera e altri servizi aggiuntivi (forse pensavano fossi un cliente abituale). Camere molto spaziose bagno un po' piccolo con vasca da bagno. Cena molto buona un po' cara. Colazione eccellente.

This is a lovely hotel - incredibly clean, staff were wonderful, friendly, and very accommodating. It was my friend's 40t birthday in the middle of our stay, and even the very lovely cleaning staff bent over backwards to help us celebrate. The restaurant is expensive but the food is good - cocktail bar was the highlight of our last evening! Wouldn't hesitate to visit again.It is a short walk from the main town, so be prepared to bring money for taxis - but the pool area is lovely and there's a private section of beach just across the road.
