Ho chiamato per un informazione e la titolare ha risposto in modo sgarbato, e con terminologie non consone via auguro di non alloggiare in questo hotel

Le scrivo una nuova recensione semplicemente perché non riesco a rispondere alla sua.Mio cognato ha prenotato una camera per 6 mesi per motivi di lavoro e stamattina (come precedentemente scritto) lei ha restituito la caparra perché ha venduto la camera come niente fosse!! E a fronte di spiegazioni ha staccato il telefono in faccia a mio zio!Lei descriverebbe il suo comportamento professionale o ospitale?? Forse non si rende conto del problema che ci ha creato!!Quindi a fronte di questa esperienza, sconsiglio vivamente il suo beb perché potrebbe succedere ad altri!!!

We had booked the house for 5 nights. The first night when we arrived the owner Isabella first told us that she would welcome us at 4 p.m.While we were waiting for her, she just sent a message that she was working and that she couldn't come before 11 p.m.We finaly checked in and from start we experienced a shock.Cameras was installed in the house. We found a monitor with cameras that follow the events in the house !Nowhere, nowhere before our arrival was it emphasized that there are cameras in the house and that our privacy is threatened !We immediately called the owner, of course her phone was switched off.Since it was late at night, we contacted booking, who gave us support,but we had to spend the night in that house because it was 23 p.m, we couldn't find anything oround where we could find newaccommodation inthe deep night until the next morning.It was the worst night in my life.There are cameras oround, the interior of the house was morbid,far away are the pictures on the internet from the reality. Darkness everywhere,dimmed light and bad installationssome strange cradles and children's things.Everywhere there was strange pictures and the feeling as in the worst a horror movie. We immediately checked out in the morning, while the owner Isabella tried to convince us that if the cameras bother us, she will turn them off !That means she was filming us and watching us the whole night !We ran away with our heads regardless, while thebooking took over the case regarding the refund of our money.I urge everyone to never venture into this house because you will regret it.Imagine that someone is watching you and filming you and your intimates or yours children. It's so so sick.Something is wrong with that strange woman and with the whole house.Hands off of this.
