Scam. They will give you the worst deal for your money and when you realize it they won’t give it back to you because you already signed a paper. When you sign you don’t see the exchange rate and you will realize they stole from you when it’s already too late. Don’t exchange your money at the duomo, go to a bank or a 5 star hotel.
